Our lovingly restored and converted stone barn. Our aim is for guests to experience a historic and traditional Irish country home, while enjoying the comforts of modern living. We have SKYTV, DVD and WIFI but we can also offer the peace and quiet of the rural Irish countyside. Three double bedrooms compliment a spacious open plan ground floor. With its own grounds and parking, this stone property is on the edge of three counties and perfect for exploring the ancient south east and its coast.

The property is a 1 hour 45-minute drive from Shannon Airport and Dublin Airport, 15 minutes from Slievenamon mountain hike and 30 minutes away from the Rock of Cashel.

A beautiful traditional stone built barn converted into a contemporary/industrial/rustic living space with quirky touches. Located in the idyllic foothills of the Wicklow Mountains, on the Wicklow Way, it features an open plan kitchen/living/dining space, a mezzanine bedroom and a spacious wet room. An extension offers an additional boot room/rustic bathroom/loo and paved courtyard. The grounds are comprised of upper and lower lawns set on half an acre. A country pub is within walking distance.

All our cabins combine modern finishes and rustic county charms. Be treated with all modern luxuries inside and outside, enjoy expansive yard, covered patio areas with private modern hot tubs, "Kamado" BBQ grills, fully stocked bar with taps of our home brewed IPA beer. We charge €25 for hottub or sauna for one use. 2 person per cabin only.

The Studio in the Sky

From artist studio to guest house, this little building is an ongoing project, with so much to offer. Sitting on higher grounds just behind the main house, it has its own garden with a view to take your breath away. It’s a bit of a rise to get there but totally worth it. If you keep climbing across small fields and a strip of forest, you’ll find yourself on Slievenamon’s mountain trails. Downhill from here lies Kilcash village, pub, church, more forestry and the ruins of an old castle

Set against the backdrop of spectacular Slievenamon, 3 km from scenic village of Kilcash, 10 minutes drive to Kilsheelan and Suir blueway, this ideal location is perfect for exploring all that Tipperary, Kilkenny and Waterford has to offer.

Restored 2 storey grain barn, with all the original beams and exposed stonework. 10 minutes from Callan. Kilkenny city is 25 minutes away and Cashel is 35 minutes. Clonmel 25 minutes. Down a short cul-de-sac laneway with lots of trees and pleasant countryside. We have cows , sheep and playful lambs in the Spring. ! The bedroom area upstairs is divided into two bedrooms. Plenty of birdsong! Cat's Barn is the name, but don't worry...you won't be sleeping with cats !

Short drive to the Rock of Cashel, Kilkenny Castle, Cahir Castle, Swiss Cottage, Blueway & Slievenamon just to name a few.
