This is truly a fantastic place. It is an old totally renovated fishery. The size is 180 square meters, and the pier is 200 squares. The house has everything you need and appears today as a new exclusive modern house. It has 2 bath, bathtub, 4 bedrooms with a big bed, modern kitchen, very good WIFI, 65" TV, washing machine and dryer, fireplace and an exclusive sauna. Det er 20 min. å kjøre til Melbu og fergen som tar deg til Lofoten. Gode muligheter for parkering og el.bil lading. Huset har varmekabler i gulv og varmepumpe. Det er to bad og tre soverom. In this modern residence, you can seek peace and relax in a beautiful landscape. It is located rurally at the end of Eidsfjorden in Vesterålen, about 15 km from the center of Sortland. Suitable as a starting point for trips to Øksnes, Andøya, Hadsel and Lofoten. There are also great hiking/summit ski areas right outside the house. The area is rich in sea eagles and there is a high probability that you will be able to spot one. You can also rent a boat for fishing in the fjord.

Fin terasse som man kan sitte på og nyte utsikten mot fjorden. Nydelig eiendom som strekker seg ned til havet med de muligheter det gir. Turer, hjemmekontor eller utforsk området. Stedet ligger nært fjellet Breitind som gir deg utsikt over hele Bø kommune.
