Lovely old cottqge in a great harbourside location! Charlestown was a real surprise with a host of restaurants and takeaways in walking distance - all excellent! It’s right on the coastal path and bus routes if that’s your thing! No shop in walking distance but only 5-10 minutes to supermarkets in the car. Highly recommended!

Had the most amazing week at Kelly’s place. 6 of us stayed with plenty of room. Perfect location and few minutes walk into town, lots of fabulous choices for food and drink. Plus some great shops. 4 beaches to choose from, all a short walk from the property. St Ives has everything you can ask for from a holiday location. We all learnt to surf, ( put it on your bucket list) and had a wonderful evening at the Minack Theatre a short drive away. Plus Land’s end and the Eden Project all within easy reach. All in all a perfect place to stay. As for our host Kelly, she was brilliant, lots of helpful hints and recommendations. Got back to us very quickly when we had anything to ask and a very clean property. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone coming to St Ives

Lovely accommodation, Thomas was easy to communicate with and responded quickly with lots of information about the accommodation and area. Lovely beaches. On-site pool was difficult to book as was booked out well in advance, so we struggled to use it sadly but that was beyond Thomas’ control. Would definitely visit again!

stayed for 4nights with our dog as well. the caravan was great, but it was the location that made it for us. the beach was outstanding. Molly our dog just loved charging around the huge dog friendly area. It was nice to come back to and sit outside with a glass of wine despite a bit of dodgy wheather. The caravan was spacious and very well equipt, alltogether a very nice break.

Delightful Airbnb property with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Well equipped kitchen with fridge and air fryer. Lovely to have had supplies of tea,coffee, sugar and milk. Spotless bathroom with a great shower and big fluffy towels. Neat little dining area. The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well. So many little touches that made for a perfect stay. Mary was a most helpful friendly host.

Superb stay. Excellent accommodation with comfortable beds, high quality shower and everything you need for a brilliant stay. Check-in instructions and directions faultless and easy to follow. Wonderful location with easy access to Hayle, Carbis Bay, St Ives and beyond. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you Alice!!

perfect place. Perfect host. Perfect location. Ridiculously good. It is a delightful place to wake up. And to fall asleep. In fact, it’s a lovely place to sleep too! Running water, beautiful gardens, great kitchen and loads of privacy. Just ask. Anything. Ros will help. I need a table and not only did I get one. I got the offer to have the legs made shorter or the surface made smaller just so it would suit me and the work I was trying to do. Can’t say good things about this stay. From kitchen, to cooking, to directions, to patience with booking when a credit card wouldn’t work. Thanks Ros. What you do is actually called hosting and you do it so well. NB Just to say a great big thanks for finding a table, checking up on me, noticing I needed fridge space (I’m diabetic) and even offering to cut my bread in half (I am disabled and find that so hard). Thank you too for a perfect home, perfectly cared for home and being so perfectly caring about people who come to your home. Really.

A wonderful stay at an ideally situated cottage. Perfect for those on a short trip with little time to waste. Melanie is a fantastic host, with appropriate local knowledge. A must stay for foodies, with ample choice on the doorstep.

This place made for a great base and was good value; we were on a budget and it met all our needs. Beds were comfy and it never felt crowded with 7 of us staying. We could always get enough hot water and bedding and towels were clean. We never heard any noise outside or through walls. Sandra was very helpful and responsive and it was a lovely touch to arrive to milk, biscuits, tea and coffee.
