The Bushwhacker cabin is a rebuilt pre-civil war log cabin on 10 acres with spectacular mountain views. The cabin is surrounded by the Monongahela National forest with hiking trails starting from the cabin and a beautiful mountain steam that runs on the property, providing a calming, stress free background. The Bushwhacker cabin is only a short distance to the Marlinton Williams river , 45min to Snowshoe, scenic highway, the Greenbrier,Hot Springs VA, and Lewisburg WV(voted coolest town)

Stay in the masterfully crafted Lemuel Chenoweth homestead along the rippling Tygart river. Built in 1857, this 2nd floor suite offers antiques furnishings, a private entrance, master bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and mud room. It has a queen bed, dresser, large porch with views of the river, a clawfoot tub with shower, sink, toilet, and a well stocked farmhouse kitchenette with a double induction cook top, sink , fridge and more. Driftwood Cabin is 2.25 miles from the entrance of Holly River State Park and 1 mile from Holly River Grocery. Two-bedroom country cottage. You get the entire home, includes a full-kitchen, fire pit, and only yards away from the Elk river. Also has a front/back porch, and close to a swinging bridge that cuts over the river to walk to town! We are located 50 minutes to an hour from the Snowshoe ski resort, Summersville lake, and The Cherry Hills country club in Richwood. Pet friendly.
