The Fairfield Roost - a cozy country home-

The Fairfield Roost is a cozy, 1,000 sq ft cottage, close to I-79.. 15 min from Meadville, 10 min from Cochranton. 20 min from FAITH BUILDERS. Door Dash is available. It is the perfect place to host a family, but NOT handicapped-friendly as there are steps leading up into all the entrances in the house. In country scenery, it is surrounded by woods and fields. The large yard’s bordered by a pasture with goats.Treats are available to feed them. NO SMOKING!! Price listed includes 2 adults.

Country home in the town of Sandy Lake. You can expect a creek stocked with fish outside while enjoying full amenities inside. Upgraded Appliances in the kitchen, two full baths, two bedrooms and den and family room and two full-sized beds plus a futon. Washer and dryer available downstairs. High speed WiFi and 55" Smart TV as well. The creek that runs through the back of the property is a great place to relax or fish. The fire pit is waiting on your hot dogs or marshmallows!

Come and relax in this comfortable cottage that sits on the bank of scenic French Creek. The cottage has 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8 comfortably), living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom (towels included), screened in front porch and a car port for your vehicle. Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened in front porch. During the day you can fish, kayak/canoe, wade/swim or just sit and relax watching the water go by. Sit by a campfire in the evenings enjoying the fresh country air.

Our cabin is locally sourced. The timbers were sawed at a local hemlock mill. The exterior is made of boards we had milled from old pines along US Hwy 322. Even the stones we laid for the fireplace once splashed in a local creek.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Bring the paddle boards, kayaks, bikes and boat because you are steps away from the lake. This newly renovated farmhouse on 126 acres, is a mecca for recreation. Not a neighbor in sight, so enjoy a secluded bonfire at night or a glass of wine on the farmhouse porch. Peacock sightings are common as they roam free on the farm.
