The Pearl of Whakatiwai. A completely restored Bed/kitchen/dining room with separate shower and toilet. This house was built in the 50's and so we have lovingly recreated the whole 50's vibe for your enjoyment. Right on the edge of the Firth of Thames you can lie in bed and see the views that go on forever. A great little kitchen with new oven and fridge, plus all the tools you need if you want a "foodie" get away. We do not have a TV, but great WiFi. Great fishing right on your doorstep.

We are on the Kauaeranga Valley Rd close to all the walking tracks, so if you are wanting to walk the tracks during the day & stay with us at night the cabin would be perfect for you.

This is a Studio unit is at the rear of the property, You have your own private garden view. The studio is fitted with Air conditioning a microwave, jug, toaster, 32inch smart TV, fridge/freezer etc. FREE WIFI. The bathroom has toilet, basin with great shower and plenty of hot water. Enjoy beautiful bed linen and a very comfortable Queen bed. We are ten minutes walk to the local restaurants and cafes. With a private beach just steps away.

Hideaway by the Sea (Dogs welcome)

You owe yourself a break by the sea. Chill out on Whiritoa's uncrowded beach only 80 meters away. No sound or sight of traffic here and low light pollution in the village provides front seat tickets to galaxy granduer. Whangamata is only 12kms drive if you would like to eat out. Accommodation is downstairs with your personal entrance. Double bedroom with queen bed, lounge/kitchenette, laundry/bathroom. Comfortable and clean.

Whitianga - Just rest and relax (in the SPA pool)

Welcome to our stunning modern beach house nicely setup for those winter days and evenings. Sit in front of the cozy indoor gas fire, get the board games out, and even take a soak in the 40degree celsius spa pool/Jacuzzi. With plenty of room to spread out you can find your own spot to relax, or play some table tennis or take a walk to the beach. Walk to the Lost Springs and soak in the hot pools for that special treat.

Kahukura

This beautiful ocean view property is a couple of minutes walk to Kuaotunu Beach and Luke's Kitchen, a well known local restaurant. The house is nestled on 4.5 acres of stunning gardens and native bush. The house consists of a 4 bedroom dwelling on the ground floor with an additional 2 bedrooms and an extra bathroom/toilet upstairs. "Kahukura" has ample parking for boats. The boat ramp is 1 kilometre away.

Pau Hana Studio Kuaotunu

We lived in Hawaii for many years and Pau Hana in Hawaiian means end of the week, time to relax with friends or family. Our sun-drenched studio in Kuaotunu, offers total independence and privacy in a peaceful setting overlooking our 2 acre orchard. Elevated rural views, with a bush backdrop, surrounded by farmland. Two kms from beautiful Kuaotunu Beach and famous Luke's Kitchen.

Herons Hangout

Our place is close to the beach but away from the crowds so if you want peace and quiet with great views, this is the place for you. It is good for couples, friends, solo adventurers and people with pets (1 dog only). It is an easy 15 min walk to the shops and 20 mins to the beach. Cathedral Cove, Hot Water Beach and Whitianga are all within easy reach.

Cooks Beach... sea views, pizza oven, magic !

I designed my beach house to be light, bright and airy with decks looking out over Mercury Bay to the islands beyond. it is a short walk down to the white sands of Cooks beach and a short drive to Cathedral Cove and Hotwater beach.
