Ms Thuong was very responsive, helpful and resourceful. I stayed for 2 months and every Monday the was cleaned, towels have been changed. She provided a contact for a motorbike rental. She even provided a few kitchen utensils that I requested. It was a great stay!

This is a great apartment. The owner is very responsive. The house has everything you need for a long stay. We will definitely come back if we visit Da Nang again.

Comfortable and clean with good amenities. Since it’s on a high floor, it was peaceful. Host was responsive, too. Beach was right in front. There was restaurants within walking distance. If not, GRAB car was easy to book.

Great stay with superb views and quick communication

Really enjoyed our stay in DaNang, the beach is amazing and so many things to do and see. The accommodation is great with a lovely view over the beach and sea. All rooms are spacious and well appointed. No issues at all and would recommend. Only negatives are well publicised already with the noise to 4 or 5 am most days and having to pay for faculties.

수영장도 깔끔하구 정말 다좋았는데 집앞에 공사해서 새벽5시부터 공사를 시작하는지 너무시끄러웠어요 ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ모기두 너무 많았는데 호스트님이 모기약 가져다주셔서 잘사용했습니다 !! 호스트님두 엄청 친절하고 가족여행 재밌게 잘 놀다왔어요 !!

숙소는 조용하고 편합니다. 재방문 의사 있습니다. 하우스 관리 하시는 분들이 매우 친절하고 사소한 것들도 빠르게 해결해 주셨습니다. 편하게 지내고 갑니다

Truong is a wonderful, caring host. He immediately responded and addressed any questions/concerns that I had in the 2.5 months I was there. I truly felt well taken care of. The rooms and house are very clean; although they cannot always control the inconsiderate guests who mess the common areas but they do their best. There were no insects in my room. The laundry lines on the roof are enough for several people to use at the same time; washer works well. The patio is no longer a bar type area but is still a nice spot to sit in the evening. The room pretty much looked like the photo. The fan, AC and dehumidifier all worked well and quietly. Lots of hot water. There is noise from the bars, mostly on Friday and Saturday nights, but I was still able to watch TV no problem (and had silicon earplugs). Most days there was enough natural light without the lights on and when they are on the room is bright. The location is convenient to everything. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Could not express enough how much we loved this place. My wife and 4 kids would have stayed a lot longer, there’s so much to do on and off the resort everything was perfect. Definitely staying here again!

그냥 한국인인데 가족 4명이다? 무조건 이 숙소로 오세요. 성인 4명 가족끼리 왔는데 한 사람당 방 하나씩 쓸 수 있습니다 진짜 너무 좋아요 사진보다 방이나 로비가 엄청 크고 TV도 넷플릭스 되고 일단 제일 중요한건 진짜 위치에요 이게 말도 안 됩니다 그냥 위치가 미쳤어요 한시장 걸어서 6분거리인데 체감상 동네 마트 가는 것 처럼 가서 여행의 질이 엄청 올라갑니다 그 다음 청결도. 직원분들이 많아서 매일 수건 엄청 챙겨주시고 숙소 시설도 너무 깔끔하고 좋아요 완전 최고입니다

다낭에서 시내 근처의 넓은 숙소를 찾고 있다면 coucouc home은 모든 면에서 완벽한 선택이 되실 겁니다. 호스트님은 너무나도 친절했습니다. 이른 체크인과 짐보관을 배려해주셔서 여행을 계획보다 여유롭게 할 수 있었습니다. 또한 주변 음식점과 마트 위치도 친절히 알려주셨습니다. 온수가 잘 나오고 물이 깨끗하며 수압도 강해서 샤워하는데 불편함이 없었습니다. (물이 5성급 호텔보다 깨끗했습니다.) 시내 중심에 위치하고있어 다낭 관광에 최적화 되어 있습니다. 그랩 어플리케이션으로 유명한 음식점인 피자4Ps도 배달이 가능했습니다. 다낭에 시내 투어를 계획중이라면 coucou home 강력하게 추천합니다!

The apartment is conveniently located, close to the sea and restaurants. A bit noisy bars and karaoke around, but after 23 everything is quiet.

We really loved this place to stay. Linh always responded right away and did everything she could to help. We stayed for a month and love the space and layout of the apartment as well as the short walk to the beach. There is inexpensive local food everywhere as well as nice restaurants. Convenient stores on every corner. The beach is stunning with a ton of space to enjoy the ocean or walk the sidewalks even when it’s busy with people. It’s particularly beautiful at night with all of the lights. The only problem we had was an ongoing construction project that was going on in the apartment above us from the time we came to the time we left. Constant drilling, sawing, and hammering. I believe this problem would not affect future guests but you may want to be aware that the walls aren’t very sound proof. Overall, we were happy with everything else and it was an affordable place to stay on the beach!

Dung’s place was a perfect place for a 2 week stay! Very accommodating and comfortable.

The host is fantastic! He let us check in early, gave us a gift when we checked out and even held our luggage for us. Very clean, with amazing amenities. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Da Nang!
