친정식구들6명 3부부가 지내기에 널널했어요 침실도 넉넉하고 화장실도 넉넉하고 그런데 나라특성상 습하고 날이 계속 흐리고 추워서 물놀이를 못해서 아쉬웠어요 그래도 너무 잘놀았어요

This is one of those AirBnB's which actually felt like a home and not a hotel. Had a wonderful stay at Anh's place. The house is setup up in a very thoughtful way and all the interior decoration makes you feel very cozy and warm. The kitchen is stocked with all essential utensils to cook meals. The place is tucked away in a alley not too far from the main road and is very quiet. There are many small eateries and coffee shops nearby. The place is walkable from the Dragon Bridge and located quite close to major sites of DaNang. Anh is a wonderful host and communicated clearly. She's always ready to answer any questions and help with any requests. She helped me arrange to rent a bike right from the convenience of the house and went above and beyond to cater to requests. I honestly did not expect her to help with all the requests but she was very approachable and proactive; overall a wonderful host! Will definitely stay here again when I return

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The accommodation is located on a local street. It is a bit away from the tourist area, but it gives off a charming local vibe. The house itself is very spacious, unique and beautifully designed, featuring two bedrooms on the second floor and a dance studio with a sauna on the third floor. The rooftop view was refreshing and offered a peaceful spot to relax. The host was exceptionally responsible and very active in communication. I have never encountered a host who replied to my messages as quickly as she did. She was also very helpful and provided helpful information about the city, making my stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-equipped spot with a local touch in Da Nang, you won’t regret booking this accommodation.

침구 정리 잘 되어있고 주변환경이 매우 깨끗합니다 1층에 한국마트(k market)가 있고 가격이 저렴해서 자주 이용했어요 주변이 안전하고 관리직원들이 많아요 1층에 맛집들이 많아서 지내기 편합니다 가게에 에어컨이 되어있고 맛있고 가격도 좋아서 자주 이용했어요 집주인은 친절하고 우리의 요구사항들을 빨리 처리해주십니다 아이가 있어서 간단메뉴 요리해 먹었는데 주방식기류 깨끗하고 잘 정리되어 있어요 세탁기도 있어서 빨래도 할수 있습니다 커튼이 빛 차단이 잘 되었고, 자동이라 리모컨으로 사용해서 너무 편하고 좋았어요 수영장이 큰편인데 물 깨끗하고 주변도 깨끗합니다 수영장에 사람들이 많이 없어서 쾌적하게 이용할수 있습니다 다음에 다낭올때도 이용하겠습니다

가격대비 가성비 최고 숙소. 어른6명 아이4명 모두 편하게 쉴수있어서 좋고 TV 유튜브 넥플릭스 연결가능해서 뉴스, 애들키즈프로그램 모두 볼 수 있음. 아버님 칠순 기념 가족여행이라고 해피버스데이 플랜카드도 만들어주고 무료조식도 반미,과일,요거트줌. 완전 맛있음. 근처 빵집,반미, 편의점,커피전문점,쌀국수집, 팬시점, 약국 도보10내에 다 있음. 한시장은 그랩타고 15~20분내 있음. 그랩으로 한식도 저녁마다 야식 시켜먹었는데 진짜 엄청 맛있음. 수영장은 우리가 갔을때 아무도 없어서 편하게 이용함. 에어비앤비로 메세지 남기면 바로 확인하고 수건,휴지등 가져다줌. 세탁기 세제 까지 있어서 세탁가능하고 건조기도 잘됨. 많은 인원이 가면 진짜 괜찮은 숙소.

호스트는 매우 빠르게 답을 줍니다 그는 매우 친절하고 필요한 모든것을 해결 하기위해 매우 노력합니다 계속 소통할려고하고 매우매우 최고의 호스트 입니다 다만 집이 조금 지저분합니다 그것이외에는 너무나 대만족 가족단위로 지내기에는 너무나 좋은집 입니다 샤워 물은 깨끗해요 필터가 전혀 더러워 지지 않았어요 4박했는데 그냥 세것 그대로 였어요 물은 깨끗하니 걱정 하지 않아도 되요

각 방마다 화장실,샤워부스가 있고 샤워기 필터가 존재했습니다. 깔끔하고 주변이 조용해서 지내기 너무 좋았어요. 생활에 필요한 집기들이 구비되어있어서 편리했습니다.

호스트분 엄청 친절하십니다! 필요하거나 궁금한거 실시간으로 답해주셔서 편하게 쉬었습니다. 호스트분께서 골프장 회원권 있으셔서 할인 예약도 도와주세요!! 3인이상 가족단위나 골프 좋아 하시는 분이시면 가성비 최고인듯 싶습니다. 근처에 한적한 골프 연습장도 있고, 수영장은 4일동안 다른사람 오는걸 못봤네요 혼자 쾌적하게 사용했습다.

Very nice and spacious apartment. Very clean as well, as the kind cleaning staff comes regularly. Vi was always super quick to respond to any of my questions which was helpful. It had everything we needed and the location was great, especially if you have a scooter.

호스트는 세심하게 출국전부터 필요한 부분을 잘 챙겨주었으며, 숙소에 머무는 순간에도 계속 잘 지내고 있는지 체크해주며 세심히 배려해주었습니다. 숙소 또한 사진과 같으며 너무 잘 지내다 왔습니다. 특히 30층에 위치해 있어서 전망이 좋았고 필요한 편의시설 또한 다 갖추어져있고, 호스트가 추천해준 쌀국수 식당도 너무 맛있었습니다. w마트와 A동 출입구 사이 골목에 있는 하얀색 건물의 술집 닭연골튀김도 너무 맛있었습니다. 다낭 첫 여행인데 너무 좋은 추억이었습니다. 감사합니다.

I had a really nice 8-day stay here. The location is perfect for those who want to explore the city side of the river as well as the beach side (which I would recommend). The view over the river is very nice and Phu is a responsive, helpful host. My only complaint is that the pillows were way too puffy for me but that's a personal taste thing. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Phu’s place is cozy and clean. In terms of location, my mom wasn’t a fan because she felt it was too far from the hustle and bustle she’s used to.

I absolutely loved this place. It’s spacious, a lot of light, a nice view of the river. It’s clean and comfortable. The internet is very fast. The host is incredibly helpful and friendly and responds very promptly. I highly recommend.
