There are 4 bedrooms : three inside the house with a large bathroom, and a private cabin off the deck with it's own ensuite bathroom and private garden deck overlooking the bay. Living rooms are large and beautifully decorated to a relaxed resort-style atmosphere, opening out onto the massive wraparound deck.

There is always plenty to do in Mangawhai with the Saturday farmers markets, well established eateries, secondhand stores, walking tracks, golf, vineyards, Museum and the best beaches!

Comfortable outdoor furniture to make the most of the views, weber BBQ and spa pool for outdoor living. The house has great Indoor outdoor flow. Heat pump for controlled heating summer and winter. 6 kms to restaurants,shops. Many good surf beaches near bye. Estuary for boating.

Mangawhai Retreat - 35 degree heated pool

Only 7-10 minutes from both Mangawhai Heads surf beach & the Mangawhai Village, cafes, vineyards, bush walks and coastal tracks. Our home is perfectly set up for families. 2 bedrooms have king beds, 1 bedroom has bunks (Queen below & single above) & 1 rumpus (converted garage) has bunks (2 x single). Our home is modern, compact and functional. Dogs allowed with prior approval- pet bond required. 1 dog max.
