Skye war eine tolle und fürsorgliche Gastgeberin. Wir hatten interessante und angenehme Gespräche, ich habe viel über Land und Leute erfahren. Ich habe mich in den reichlich vier Wochen fast wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ich konnte ihre Küche und auch die Veranda frei nutzen, teilweise haben wir gemeinsam gekocht und hatten viel Spaß dabei. Ich konnte mich auch, z.B. für meine Arbeit, ausreichend zurückziehen. Danke, Skye, für diese wunderbareZeit.

Staying with Dianne (and Geordie the cat) was so lovely! The place was cosy, the street was quiet and peaceful. Dianne was so friendly, responsive and proactive, and accommodated my comings and goings like it was no bother at all. The room was very comfortable to stay in, great natural light with the beautiful sight of rose bushes growing outside in the yard. It was about 10 minutes drive from everything I needed, but plenty within walking distance too. This is a quintessentially kiwi residence, I highly recommend :)

I stayed just a few nights, but the experience was absolutely wonderful. Sarah and Jim were incredibly hospitable. I truly felt at home. We had many great conversations, and their two adorable pets added a warm and friendly touch to the stay. The room was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing, and everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for me to cook anything I wanted without any hassle. Sarah and Jim have great knowledge about camping and local life, and I really appreciated the chance to get a taste of New Zealand living. Whenever I didn’t understand something, they were happy to explain, which was extremely helpful. Highly recommended, a welcoming place with fantastic hosts!

Ian und Debby waren sehr aufgeschlossene, symphatische und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Sie haben uns Anregungen und Tipps gegeben. Ian hatte immer einen Spaß auf Lager. Auch die Kommunikation mit ihm war super. Schließlich hat er uns noch Obst aus dem Garten und selbstgebackene Kekse für die Fahrt mitgegeben. Danke liebe Abby und lieber Ian

Michelle is a very friendly host who makes it easy to feel comfortable in her home. Her home is accurate to the description and photos, and the room we occupied met our needs for the night. Highly recommend Michelle's place for anyone looking for a home away from home, wants to get to know a local, and enjoys a good chat.

A lovely stay with extremely gracious hosts and the very attentive Juno. I look forward to returning....

Such a lovely stay. The rooms were perfectly clean, comfortable and stylish. The hosts were very welcoming and thoughtful. We enjoyed Michael's archery session and Mia's amazing breakfast. The freshly baked bread was fabulous. And the lovely dog Hunter showed me around their beautiful garden!! We had a great time and it is actually the most pleasant accommodation we have ever stayed at in NZ.

I absolutely loved my stay at Cheryll’s place! The location couldn’t be better (it’s right in the middle of everything) and it’s just as gorgeous as the photos show. Cheryll met me at the door, helped me find parking, and gave me a brief tour of the space and some recommendations of where to eat. (She even has a load of fresh bread on the counter for me, with yummy treats in the fridge). The hot tub in the beautiful big deck was a perfect end to my night. I’m definitely coming back to stay at Cheryll’s place again!

WOW!! 5-star Airbnb with a 10-star host!!! Absolutely stunning, clean and well-equipped unit. Paul was amazing, from start to finish - providing all the nice touches, local and out-of-town recommendations and he made sure, throughout our stay we had everything we needed and then some!! Stay with Paul - you will NOT be disappointed!! Definitely recommend!!!

I feel so lucky, that I found this place. Great and cozy accommodation, excellent breakfast, beautiful garden and an unforgettable lesson in archery. The best choice in Matamata for sure! ❤️

Lovely, caring hosts, who very kindly left us some breakfast, homemade lemonade and cookies! Great location for a family with kids, with a small, beautiful, self-contained garden a 2min walk to a park with a playground. Supermarket cafe and pub a 10-min walk away.

We felt so welcome and comfortable in Lyn and Andrew's beautiful home. They bedroom and bathroom were spacious and beautifully appointed. There was a lovely continental breakfast provided should we have needed it - unfortunately our schedule didn't allow us time to stay and enjoy it. Lyn and Andrew were so accommodating of our particular needs, making it the perfect location for our event in Cambridge. Thank you both so much!

Gavin and Petra were extremely welcoming and attentive hosts. They made us feel very comfortable at their home, which is beautiful, clean and tidy. The home grown fresh fruit, freshly brewed coffee and homemade museli for breakfast was delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely house, lovely cats, lovely couple.

We had the pleasure of staying here, 1st experience with an air bnb in someone’s home. The place was warm, felt like home as we could access the main parts of the home in and out and enjoy the comforts of the spa at our discretion without limitations. It was a positive, warm and friendly experience. Cici was a pleasure to communicate with and very responsive and timely to my inquiries. We were given an earlier check in at our request and enjoyed the on site massage. Cici also accomodating in changing times for this even at short notice. Thanks again Cici, Darryl and Jake for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Great value for money. Super friendly and accommodating. Clean and tidy. 2 separate rooms. Great facilities, and breakfast, tea coffee and bikkies. Albeit dated it was lovely and brilliant value. The furniture and beds were brilliant. Thank you so much. Love to see you again. :)

Really lovely quiet location close to Hamilton. We arrived late and had to leave early so we didn’t manage to meet our hosts. Instructions were easy to follow.

Judith’s home is unique in its architecture in a lovely, safe, friendly, and convenient neighborhood. I didn’t use my car at all during my 3 day stay, choosing instead to walk to a great Saturday Farmers Market,; a good choice of restaurants and shops; scenic hiking/walking options. The nearby iSite provides many brochures related to the history of Cambridge, and I found the town to be very pleasant and friendly! Judith has many years’ experience hosting, and she is the Ultimate Hostess, wanting to make your stay as pleasant and memorable as possible! I highly recommend!

We had such a relaxing time at Leanne and Jims place. They are kind and welcoming but also respected our privacy. We even got to enjoy some home made muffins, highly reccomend them as hosts 🙂 The guest space is so clean and well managed. It was a very comfy stay and is exactly what is shown in the pictures. Everything you need for a few nights away. Their cats are friendly too and we felt it reflects the caring environment they live in. Thank you both for having us 🙂.
