The Riverhaus

Welcome to the Riverhaus! Established in 2020, this sanctuary was thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. This 2-acre gated estate with a 1,900 sqft home and 100' of waterfront on the Pedernales River sleeps 8 comfortably and boasts a private outdoor Biergarten as well as a cabinet of lawn games, two firepits, multiple seating areas, and a fleet of non-motorized boats to enjoy on the river. Situated on the upper level of the property is a spacious two-story home. Take advantage of numerous amenties including a gameroom, lending library, two work stations, Roku television, Wii gaming system and Yoga equipment. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the two decks as you listen to the sound of windchimes and wildlife. On the lower level under a canopy of old Oak trees, you can roast s'mores on another firepit or walk down to the water's edge to fish, swim, kayak, canoe or paddleboard. Life jackets are provided (Two adult, four child, & two infant). ***Disclaimer*** River levels are currently very low at this time.

This unique place has a style all its own. Stand-alone guest house bedroom with full bath (shower.) On-site parking. This great space offers a lovely private entryway courtyard and is decorated with print art. Vaulted ceilings add to the spaciousness of the room. Two large windows let in plenty of light and a beautiful hill country view. Heating and cooling are provided with an efficient and quiet mini-split system. There’s also a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee. 100% cotton sheets.

The newly remodeled cottage has its own private entrance/deck, living room, 2 baths (1 with jacuzzi tub), a bedroom with queen size bed, and a smaller bed room w/full bed, plus a well stocked kitchenette. It is part of a larger cottage that has been divided in two (like a duplex). If waking to the sites and sounds of the country is for you, then this hill country cottage is the perfect start to a hill country adventure
