Wytchwood Lake House is steps away from the lake edge - just follow the wide garden path down to the water. It is comfortably furnished, with a warm, cosy fire in winter and doors opening onto both front and back decks for summer. The sheltered back deck overlooking the garden is great for outdoor dining, while the expansive front deck overlooks Lake Rotorua, giving you great sunsets and night views of the city lights. The property is a 20 min drive from the city, down a shared drive.

Lilac House is a very private and peaceful property. Up a long driveway overlooking Lake Rotorua. A great place to unwind, relax and explore the wonderful attractions that Rotorua has to offer. Guests have their own external entrance. There is a boat ramp directly across the road at the end of the driveway. Only minutes away from some of the famous trout spots and the Hamurana Springs. There is a footpath for those who enjoy a walk right on the lake from the bottom of the driveway.
