The modern building is new, finished in 2022 and is situated inside a city block making it a peaceful and quiet place to stay. There are excellent possibities for dining, culture and shopping close by. One free and private parking space is included right next to the building entrance. Very fast internet, 200mb/s both download and upload speed.

Our apartment is located in a historic building built in 1889 which is protected by the National Heritage Board. The building and the apartment are fully renovated. It is easy to get around the city center by foot, electric scooters and tram. Cafes, restaurants and grocery stores are close by.

Avastamist ootavad arvukad matkarajad ning rannarajad ja vaatamisväärsused (nt Suurupi alumine puidust tuletorn, Peeter Suure Merekindluse rannakaitse patarei nr 3). Pärast pikka päeva saab kümblustünnis lõõgastuda. Kümblustünn sisaldub hinnas. Vahetame vett pärast iga külalist. (Kümblustünnis ei ole mullisüsteemi).

Staying in this mini sauna cabin (20 m²) you can enjoy a view of the river, listen to the sounds of nature or take a walk to the seaside (20 min) After sauna session you can relax in the hot tub. (without bubbles) On rainy days, you can explore Netflix on 55" TV or play board games. Its possible to also use bicycles. Another sauna cabin (Riverside Retreat) is within 40 m from this house so theres a chance that there are max 2 people at the other house same time.

Parties, social events, loud outdoor music, and fireworks are not allowed. Please respect our neighbours. The cabin features an electric sauna (up to 6 hours included in the accommodation price), a hot tub (€50 per stay), and a wood-fired panoramic sauna located outdoors (€30 per stay).

The 80m2 stylish apartment (2nd floor, elevator) of a brand new building by the sea in Kalaranna, a short walk from the Old Town, Noblessner and Telliskivi. With 2 bedrooms the apartment is ideal for couples and friends sharing and it is also great for families.
