The cabin was really nice with comfortable accommodations and everything you need. There is a road that runs in front of and behind the cabin that has quite a bit of traffic on the weekend as the road is an entrance to a park/campground and it was a holiday weekend. This was a benefit to us though as we love to hike and could walk to or drive within a couple of minutes to several really great trails! Having the heated in ground pool for my daughter was amazing and when we had some issues with Bees the owners handled it right away. This is definitely a cabin in the woods by the water so come prepared with bug repellant. We did venture out to some local wineries and a lavender farm/winery but would have been just as content to enjoy the cabin and the property! Overall we really enjoyed this place and would totally go back when we are visiting the Harrisonburg area.

Todo muy lindo la casa super hermosa! Muchas cosas que hacer cerca. Todo 100 de 100! Lo único que cambiaría no deberían de poner que en las instalaciones hay cargador tesla cuando no se puede usar. Fue en mi tesla pensado que podía cargarlo mientras estábamos el fin de semana para regresarnos y nos dijeron que en otra parte podría cargarlo.

Very good location close to Bryce resort and many wineries within a short distance. Definitely check out Cave Ridge Winery! Annie was super responsive and very helpful. The hot tub was a nice touch! Loved the fire pit and swing. It was great to be able to bring our pup along with us. Great place to relax and unwind!

Wonderful stay! Cabin was wonderful and hosts were even better!

My fiancé and I came for our anniversary weekend and had a wonderful time. We were curious to see how the last bit of drive would actually be, and we are definitely glad we brought a truck with 4WD. The hot tub wasn’t working which was a bummer but the host was very kind and quick to respond/help out and the view was unbeatable. Recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful, stay. Also recommend Showalter’s Orchard if you’re looking for something to do. Also great views and good hard cider!

Overall this is a great place to stay with your family for a good adventure. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating to your needs. There is everything you could possibly need at this property to make your vacation worthwhile!

Comfortable beds, super clean hot tub and such a nice place to spend spring break. Excellent communication and very pleasant hosts. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future trips.

This cozy home was perfect for a long weekend in the Shenandoah. Yulenis was super responsive and quick to address any issues we had. Check-in was easy and the property was very peaceful and well kept. It’s in the middle of the woods so prepare for bugs! The only issue was the hot tub looked like it hadn’t been serviced prior to our stay but that was quickly addressed!

This location was fantastic, plenty of room and things to do. Very peaceful. The host had clear directions on how to make this stay as smooth as possible, and was very communicative ! My friends and I had a fantastic time and are looking forward to revisiting sometime in the near future. Thank you.

A great getaway in the woods! Private without being isolated. Very close to lots of great hiking and the fire amenities were a perfect way to enjoy this cozy home. Super dog friendly airbnb too!

This home was very beautiful. My husband and I was looking for a short peaceful get away , and it was definitely that plus more . Lots of space for a bigger family but just perfect for my husband puppy and me . The Kitchen was very assessable with everything you need only suggestion is of course bring your own food but seasons as well. Hot tub and fire pit came in handy to add to the relaxing vibe. Overall I give this place 5 stars. Ps they do provide towels but bring your own wash rags .

Sereda’s cabin exceeded our expectations. It was a little gem in the woods where we relaxed on the veranda, BBQ’d and sat round the camp fire outside. Great places to visit nearby. Would definitely recommend!

This was the perfect peaceful getaway! The cabin itself was beautiful and the hiking trails around the property were everything we hoped for. We would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a calm, quiet place to recharge and enjoy nature!

we enjoyed our stay. the cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, is comfortable, clean and well maintained. there are some nice areas to explore closeby, however, be mindful that you will need to drive.

This rustic, cozy cabin was the perfect spot for an impromptu weekend in the mountains for our family. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipt. It was cold outside but heating worked well! So appreciated the little conveniences provided, like dishwasher and laundry soap, paper towels & clear, easy checkout instructions. Great location in easy drive to Davis main street and skiing. Laura was a super responsive host. Would def return!

Perfect for people who appreciate a great value, love nature and want to find some peace & quiet. You have the feeling of camping, but all the amenities of being at home and then some. Full kitchen, propane grill, tv w/dvds. The bed is wonderful. Many spots at the cabin to sit and observe nature and the river. Driveway is long, but was no challenge at all. There is a Wal Mart and some restaurants about 20 mins away. There is a water filter on the sink. Heated toilet seat. Bobs place is sparkling clean, and very well thought out. The effort truly shows. The only rules at Bob's are; relax and have fun. Already booked my next trip before we even left the first trip! All around, 100/10.

Thank you for providing such a beautiful escape from reality. The cabin is absolutely beautiful, better than the photos listed. Everything was perfect. If you're on the fence about staying here; Don't be. You won't be disappointed.

The cabin was more than we expected. It had plenty of room for us both and our grandson. Beavers living 100 yards up the hiking road and wild turkey feeding just outside the kitchen window excited us and thrilled grandson. The place was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We would definitely return.

The cabin was so lovely - even prettier than the pictures. The view from the back deck was beautiful! Beds were comfortable and cabin felt spacious. Rocky was so kind and responsive throughout!

I loved Shelley's cabin. It was perfect for the two of us and our two dogs. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bed was comfortable (including the pillows!), though we didn't use it I was impressed with the firewood being on the front porch with the ability to send payment by phone to pay for it as that is something that can always be frustrating to go and get when traveling sometimes. The hot tub was hot and relaxing although it was missing all the headrests haha. We took a tour of Trans Alleghany Lunatic Asylum on this trip but would consider coming back just to stay at this cabin for a weekend getaway! Thanks so much for everything!

What a wonderful place! Misty did a phenomenal job and the pictures definitely don't do it justice. There were so many little nice touches she left, from extra toiletries, to blankets, to snacks. It's a quiet and relaxing location with great proximity to lots of outdoor activities. Would definitely stay again.

One of the best airbnb's we've stayed at, and the best for the price! Extremely clean and well-stocked kitchen, and i loved the island eating area👌 the hot tub never disappointed (the floor lock for the rear door sticks a little bit but just takes a little jostling to unlock) and the fireplace was more than enough to keep the living room warm despite near freezing temps. We didn't use the game room but it was nice to see a second living area downstairs. Directions to the house were initially a little confusing but once we realized it was a block away from the main road we never got lost again. Can't wait to come back! This spot is very far off the road. We wish we would have stayed longer. We brought so many things that were already provided, we could have packed much lighter. Pansy went above and beyond, the place was even decorated for the holiday. I wish we could have enjoyed the provided treats. Even though the weather was quite cold and snowed we stayed warm without any issues. Can't wait to get back to see Dolly Sods
