Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. Keyless entry, Wi-Fi, and plenty of privacy. More affordable and spacious than 2 hotel rooms. We encourage you to compare our reviews to local hotels. Perfect for porch sitting or nearby hiking it is convenient to great restaurants, shopping and only 25 Uber minutes to Nashville's Honky Tonk Highway and music venues like the Grand Ole Opry. Popular attractions are the Country Music Hall of Fame, Cumberland Riverboat cruises, Nelson's Green Brier Distillery and beautiful Arrington Vineyards. You will luv it!

Enjoy historic downtown Franklin with a 6 block walk from the guest house to the 5 points center of downtown Franklin. Our guest house is a spacious 681 sq. ft. house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, eating area, full kitchen, stackable washer & dryer, separate private entrance and one outdoor parking space next to the guest house and additional parking located on the street. The guest house is over the detached garage completely separate from the main house for the utmost privacy.

Whispering Waters Cabin by the Creek

Whispering Waters offers a quiet space to relax and enjoy your time spent away from home. It is a four room cabin adjacent to Caney Fork Creek, which feeds into the South Harpeth River in Fernvale. The cabin easily hosts four guests. The queen size bed is complimented by a sleeper sofa in the living room, which sleeps two as well. It's an intimate space located in a lovely setting. Not your ordinary BnB! A complete nature emersion. Unique camping vacation underground near Nashville, TN. Unlike other places, we provide a private gated driveway separate from our home's driveway. Come stay in the cedar Gully huts where you have your own chickens, veggies and property. You won't run into other customers here, this is a secluded getaway. Be a farmer for a weekend or hang out by the fire pit, hike to the creek and waterfalls or pick from our food forest or veggie garden.
