We are positioned on the very edge of Dartmoor, with the national cycle path 50 mtrs from the gate and walking distance to the adjacent villages of Yelverton & Horrabridge. The annex is a converted stable block and offers our guests the comfort of a newly developed facility, with kitchenette, sofa area, bedroom space and luxury shower room. The Annex will provide you with all of the comforts of home, while you concentrate on enjoying the beauty of the surrounding area. We are bias, but love it!

Hares Lodge is situated at the bottom of our farm road, giving uninterrupted views down the Tamar Valley and the river Tamar and on to Plymouth Sound. We are near the historic town of Tavistock, national trust house Cotehele, and of course Dartmoor National park which can be seen from the Lodge. We are five minutes away, by car, from the village train station which takes you into the historic maritime town of Plymouth. The Eden project is 1.5 hours away, and the beaches 30 minutes away.

A very special place to stay on the Bere Peninsula, Devon. This refurbished traditional slate-hung 'one-up-one-down' former silver miner's cottage was built in the 1800s. Our luxury holiday cottage is nestled within the tranquil valley of the River Inny. The cottage sits in an iddillic rural location on a former farm stead and along side a former water mill. The barn offers spacious accommodation including underfloor heating throughout, roll top bath, walk in shower, wood burning hot tub(logs included) and enclosed outside space.
