Ideally located just 5 minutes from the train station and Kings Road with its cafes, restaurants and mid-century antique shops. The best bars in St Leonards are also in the area. The beach and famous Goat Ledge Cafe are another minute or two's stroll. This first floor flat has great views of St Leonards stretching down to the sea. Hastings Old Town is also just a 5 minute drive away. Free parking.

On a clear day you can see as far as Dungeness and the inter-lying beaches. Situated between the historic old fishing port of Hastings and the fortified hilltop town of Rye, on the A259. The Annex is next door to a family home within their established garden, to which guests have access. The nearest railway stations are Battle or Hastings.

This beautiful 1 bedroom apartment is located in a historic, 18th century building, situated on the buzzing seafront of Hastings Old Town. Best suited for two adults. There is an option of two extra people on a sofa bed, but for comfort I would recommend for two. Please note, we don’t allow pets. Some of the furniture in the flat (sofabed, dining table and chairs) have recently been updated, and the photos don’t yet reflect this.
