Seconds from the beach, Goat Ledge and independent cafés, it’s a perfect retreat for sunrise swims, coastal walks and exploring St Leonard’s and Hastings restaurants, vintage shops, galleries and music scene. Like many old seafront buildings, the shared hallway is a bit tired and awaiting improvements, but the flat itself is spotless, secure and exactly as shown.

We spent a lot of time an effort creating something that you'd want to come back to and we can't wait to welcome you! It's newly refurbished with a private entrance and lock key box, only 2 minutes walk from the train, 3 minutes from bars, restaurants and shopping, and 6 from the beach. With a comfortable king size bed with hotel bedding, 42" tv and a rainfall shower in the travertine mosaic tiled wet room. Free parking outside outside 11-1pm on weekdays and all the time 50m up the road.

Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

It is surrounded by the lovely Kent countryside where you can ramble and refresh yourselves by perhaps ending the day in one of the great pubs cosy by a log fire in Winter or in Summer in an English garden. Enjoy big skies and stunning uninterrupted sea views from the living room & kitchen and serene cliff greenery from the bedrooms. It is near all local attractions and under 20 minutes stroll to Hastings Old Town, situated between the heart of St Leonards & Hastings town centres. We welcome children aged 12+ and 'babes in arms'.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
