Staying in this guest house was really great for me, my wife and our two small dogs. The front of the home overlooks are beautiful marsh. The area is very peaceful, and it's next-door to a quaint little park, and a few minutes walk to a private beach.

Hillary's place was a wonderful place to stay for a cozy weekend getaway. It felt very homey with personal touches. We were here during a little snowstorm so we didn't spend any time outside but the yard and private deck were really nice. We had some troubles with the hot water but Hillary was very responsive and helpful! We would definitely stay here again.

Gisele and her property manager were promptly responsive. The cottage was extremely clean, newly decorated and well appointed. The layout was very comfortable for our family of four. The pools were nice and not overly crowded. The only negatives were: If not taking the trolley or golf cart, the closest pool was a half mile walk with no parking available. The further pool did have parking. Also, no outside water source/hose to rinse off. Plenty of restaurant choices nearby in Wells, Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Wells beaches were beautiful with easy, affordable parking. Overall a wonderful stay in Wells!

I can’t say enough about this experience. The house was a great location for my mother’s 70th and Jennifer went the extra mile (literally) to make this a memorable experience for the celebration weekend. She is so easy to communicate with. Exceptional host, all the way around!

I’m grateful that Peggy and Harry were willing to rent to us at the last minute. Our family needed a quiet respite to be together during a difficult time of loss. The solitude of the lake and woods was calming and we had plenty of room to be together. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Stayed here with a few of my friends for a wedding and the place was perfect! Really close to the Barker House wedding venue, walkable to downtown Scituate. Beds were very comfy and the place was very clean. Overall, a great stay!

We had a delightful stay at Matt's and Jenn's. Their cottage is warm and cozy (loved the oversized fireplace), with spectacular views. And while there are many homes nearby, it has a real sense of privacy. The kitchen has almost everything you need (although some good wine glasses would be nice) and the appliances are high quality. We found the beds, with their medium-firm mattresses, very comfortable and we slept well. The wi-fi was excellent and the TV and thermostat didn't require a PhD to operate. Very simple and intuitive, unlike so many properties. Plus Matt and Jenn were very responsive to our queries (and they didn't have onerous check-out requirements, again like so many other Airbnb properties). We would definitely return, particularly in the off-season, but then spring and autumn are our favorite times of year. Highly recommend.

Lori’s place was very cozy and a great screened in back porch. Perfect for morning coffee while taking in the scenery. Easily walkable to downtown and restaurants and right down the street from the beach. Nicely located for all things. We rented a car on our stay and travelled to Portland, Portsmouth NH and then close by towns to Kennebunk. All under an hours drive. We enjoyed our stay at Lori’s place.

This is my second stay at one of Audrey and Seb's location. Both experiences have been above and beyond, from check-in to check-out. My husband and I booked the cabin for a little unplugged weekend getaway, and this location was perfect to relax and escape. From the reading nook, to the beautifully furnished rooms, to the hot tub with the sound of the spring "peepers" in the background, the whole experience was exactly what we were looking for. The location is wonderfully close to town where we enjoyed our morning runs along Parson's Way. Highly recommend the buttermilk biscuits and chai latte at Boulangerie bakery, and dinner at Wandby's Landing!
