Cumbria House is located in centre of Keswick, close to all the local amenities and at the doorstep of the dramatic Northern Lakes. We offer room-only stays for individuals & couples. We have everything you need to make your stay special including private off-street parking, en-suite rooms with spectacular views, super-fast wifi, and drying room. This listing is for room 8 which is on the 3rd floor of the house, so although there are several stairs to climb the views are well worth the effort!

5 bedrooms, Cooked breakfast, lunches and evening meals are available in the adjoining Bistro from Monday to Saturday, and must be pre booked. The Bistro is closed for meals on Sundays. The price quoted is for one room, for one night, one guest. Extra guests must be added at the point of booking. Breakfast is not included in the advertised price from (12/2/26), Breakfast can be booked in the bistro next door on a pay as you go basis. Central location for all of the Outer Hebrides.😀

Loch Ness

Named after the most famous loch in Scotland, the Loch Ness room sleeps 4 people (1 double or twin beds and bunk beds) and offers and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. This room also boasts an outside terrace with amazing views over the Fort Augustus and the River Oich. We are also dog friendly are happy to welcome well behaved pets with responsible owners. We will even provide a bed for the extra family member. (There is an additional charge of £20 per pet).

The apartment at the Fleece Inn is a rural hideaway refurbished over lockdown and ready to welcome guests. There is a fully kitted out kitchen diner with all mod cons. The Fleece is on the edge of the Forrest of Bowland and a 30 minute drive from the South Lakes and the Yorkshire Dales
