We loved our stay! The area is beautiful and it was easy to get to many attractions in the Southern region. Kristine was an amazing host - so responsive and very helpful! We will definitely be visiting again someday and would stay here again as well. Thank you Kristine!

Sandra was a wonderful host! She was very responsive and always available to answer any questions we had. Her place was very clean and cozy. The views were excellent with a nice, private space. We would absolutely stay here again without any hesitation!

The cottage is definitely “little”, and the bedroom is possibly the smallest I’ve ever slept in. However, the use of space is very smart and efficient, and personal touches and care are evident everywhere. The agricultural setting is lovely, and several times we were amused to find our departure slowed by a herd of cattle being driven down our access road to another pasture. The host, Heidar, was extremely responsive and attentive, particularly tipping us that the Northern Lights might be seen the last night…and we stayed up to see a spectacular display!

The cottage is a lovely peaceful place to relax. Highly recommended!

Wow! Just wow. This airbnb was absolutely enchanting. We loved watching the waterfalls, and listening to the birds nearby. Cabin had absolutely everything we needed. It did feel private, even though there are other cabins. The bed comfy, we had very good sleep. The shower was very nice and we enjoyed the body wash and shampoo. We plan on renting again in the future!! This airbnb is a def must, and a great deal!!

Such an adorable cabin! Our family of 5 loved the coziness of this home. Wonderful backyard for children and adults. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Ce logement était de loin notre meilleur sur l’Islande ( nous en avons fait 3) . Paisible, tranquille , parfaitement équipée, « comme chez nous ». C’est une maison familiale et ça se ressent tellement. Tb équipée! Literie au top, il fait chaud même sans chauffer. Le jacuzzi sur la terrasse rajoute la touche de perfection au voyage. ( encore + quand on a la chance de voir les aurores boréales) Vraiment je recommande et si nous retournons en Islande nous hésiterons pas 1 sec pour prendre de nouveau ce logement! Hôte très réactive et n’oubliez pas de regarder l’e-mail d’information qu’elle nous envoie en arrivant cela aide à trouver le logement! Aucun point négatif

The cabin was thoughtfully decorated. Also, a private and peaceful place close to bigger town and outdoor attractions.
