This is not my first time at one of Eugene’s homes. It is always a comfortable and pleasing experience. As always, Eugene was very helpful. He was very accommodating to my request for a late check out due to having an important zoom session at the last minute. I look forward to my next stay!

Super cute, comfy apartment. Location was great, walkable to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Neighborhood is quiet and nice to walk around. Bryson is an awesome host, great communication, very responsive. Will definitely rent again if I'm in the area.

What a cultural treat! The host's collection of art and books from around the world added a unique touch to my stay. The place was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We came to the area for my son's wedding at a nearby venue. We had a mix of adults & young kids. Plenty of space for all of us. The kids loved the bunk room. Lots of kid's activities inside & outside of the house. The view from the back of the house is very peaceful. Ruby is a good communicator, responsive to questions. Everything was as she described. Our family enjoyed the stay, thanks!

This was our second time staying at Jamal's place. That tells you how we feel about this home. It was very clean and comfortable. We felt right at home. There were plenty of TVs to keep up with all the football and basketball games.

The house is as described from the pictures but the pictures do not do justice to just how beautiful the house, yard, dock and waters are. Everything you need is right there. The host is very responsive. Beds are comfortable. They have a guest snack drawer for munchies and an assortment of teas and coffees. A great place for families to come together and just be. Thank you for a lovely stay as we celebrated a wedding.

This place is a hidden gem! We spent a weekend getaway at Jeffrey's and had the most amazing time in the middle of the woods, right by the James River. The private river beach is absolutely stunning—our toddler loved collecting shells and exploring the scenic trail that winds through the area. The house itself is beautifully designed and extremely well-equipped, with thoughtful touches throughout—from the large, light-filled windows to the outdoor grill and cozy fireplace. It's also very kid-friendly, making it a perfect retreat for families. We couldn't have asked for a better escape into nature! We drove from VB to Williamsburg for lunch and took the free ferry with our cars to the Airbnb. You can surely drive to the Airbnb directly as well but the touch of ferry was great!
