Can’t say enough good things about this place! This was actually our second stay here in just four weeks, and it was just as perfect as the first time. exactly what you need whether you’re here to relax or explore. The host is awesome. Always quick to respond and makes the whole process smooth from start to finish. Location is spot on too — close to great restaurants, beaches, and everything else you might need, but still nice and quiet when you want to unwind. Definitely our favorite spot in Rio Grande. We’ll 100% be back again!

Thank you Sonia for a wonderful stay! Your warm welcome and quick responses made everything so smooth. The coffee machine, came in handy. The house has so many other amenities besides the AMAZING views all around. House was very clean. We also appreciated the helpful local recommendations. Nearby is El Yunque Rainforest, Richie’s restaurant and Kiosk. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is a hidden gem for nature lovers! The house was perfect for us to be surrounded by nature. And Felipe was so friendly and welcoming. The drive to the house was an adventure with sloping hills that made the experience even better.

We had two families stay at the Happy Yellow Beach House and we loved every minute! Accessing the beach was a short walk down a lovely path, the pool and hot tub were so much fun and the house was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic essentials and we had plenty of towels. It was so convenient to be able to do laundry as well. We loved the bakery and new restaurant at the end of the street and went to the Luquillo Kiosks a few times - it was a great location - easy travel from San Juan! Manny was an excellent host and took care of all our needs, provided recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Thank you for a wonderful visit and sharing your piece of PR heaven with us!

This place is amazing. We've stayed at a few Airbnb's in Rio Grande and this has been the best experience by far. This will be our go to next time we visit. I cannot speak highly enough of the beautiful home in the rainforest.

What can I say the home was very beautiful, very clean, smell very good, clean sheets, the sheets smelled like downy, the host Nelly was great, very responsive. The first house we wanted to actually enjoy it.We loved it and definitely recommend 100/100

Wonderful setting if I had to find something bad to say about this place, I would say the community perfect quiet spot was in the middle of a not so good community felt unsafe. The home itself was immaculate. Once you go inside it feels like home.

The house was just as the described, if not better. The photo of the view from the patio and pool doesn’t quite do it justice as you have a great view of the island, part of the rainforest and out onto the water. The house is a great location to sightseeing and visiting all the island has to offer. The house had all the amenities and more you could ask for. Olivia did a great job with communication and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay!

My family, including 3 kids ages 14, 12, and 9, had a wonderful time staying here. The pool area is large and gorgeous (the pictures don't fully do it justice) and was almost always empty - like having our own private pool area, with tables, shaded lounge chairs, and a bathroom. The beach was also beautiful and almost always empty. Ricardo left us beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys/balls, coolers, and 2 boogie boards which were all much enjoyed at the beach right outside the door, just a few steps away. At night we could hear the waves from the primary bedroom, and the kids could hear the coqui frogs from the rain forest on their side. The appliances including fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and drip coffee maker were all in great condition and worked well for meals on site. The covered parking was great and vey convenient just below the condo. This place was very peaceful, quite, and secure. The 24 hr security at the gate were always responsive and pleasant, as was Ricardo!

I recently enjoyed a delightful stay at this charming property in Río Grande. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The host was incredibly attentive and provided helpful local tips that made my visit even more memorable. A small note for future visitors: the building doesn’t have an elevator. If you’re traveling with heavy luggage or mobility issues, please be prepared for a bit of a climb. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I’d highly recommend this property to those looking for a welcoming and well-kept home base. I look forward to returning on my next visit!

A really convenient place to stay in PR. Close to the rain forest and beaches and lots of good food. The AC works well and there’s a beautiful view from the balcony! The neighborhood is kind of loud but that seemed to be normal everywhere we went in Puerto Rico. The amenities were great. Shower was hot, kitchen full of dishes and the washer and dryer are in working order!

What a wonderful stay @ Loly’s place. I haven’t visited my home is over 39 years. Now married with children, it was our very first experience as a family traveling to Puerto Rico. Loly’s place made our first experience together a memorable one. The place is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. 2 separate bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms was exactly what we needed with growing children that need their own space. The pool is literally steps away. The private access to the beach about a 3 minute walk. I felt like home staying @ Loly’s place. Luquillo beach , and El Yunque rain forest is just but a 12 minute drive from her place. Fajardo just 25 mins away. The only hiccup and it has nothing to do with Loly or her place is the power outages , although brief most of the time it can happen at any moment. So if you’re traveling with little children , something to consider. All and all our experience was great and Loly’s place made it memorable.

Beautiful location, perfect for a family stay. Endless quiet beach for walking and great pool. Large comfortable condo with lots of outdoor space. Great spot for rainforest and other adventures east of San Juan.

We were glad to book this place with Fredy and Suany. Got there at 4 pm, the place was ready on time. Very private, clean, spacious place with breathtaking views of mountains and ocean. The lockboxes are mounted on the parking lot concrete blocks!! There are 2 parking spots for this apartment-and they are not close by!! There is a private beach for the complex that is quiet. Please read the beach conditions for Puerto Rico. Stores close by, also large supermarkets in 7 miles. Don’t forget to get a Pizza takeout from D&D pizza nearby-thin crust (fine crust) with Pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeño :). Check out local bakeries (La Familia) for breakfast fun! Close to both San Juan or tropical forest hiking!!

Our group of 3 had a lovely stay. Host was helpful and the place was clean and comfortable. Having a pool and beach amenities (chairs, towels, boogie boards) was a huge plus along with the welcome snacks. The beach out front was not great for swimming (we were also there during a windy period so that made it harder), but it’s an easy drive to some other more protected spots. Nice restaurants are a short drive, and it’s easy to get to the rain forest for some cool hikes and adventures. Overall, we were very happy with the condo.

Javier was very responsive and friendly the apartment was nice.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The pictures were good but the apartment looks better in person than in the pictures. Zenen and Wanda were very responsive and easy to get ahold of! We had a minor issue with the ac(ended up just being that the batteries in the ac remote needed to be changed) we contacted them and they fixed the issue within the hour! We appreciated how fast they responded to us. You can tell they actually care. Aquátika also is a lovely place. The landscaping & the pool areas were beautiful and clean. Aquatika also has 24/7 security & is gated so we felt extra safe! I definitely would recommend staying booking with Zenen and Wanda.

Leslie is the true definition of a Puerto Rican.She was very sweet,helpful and communicated well.She offered me a early check in and late check out even tho I didn’t need it I appreciated the gesture.The view was amazing very peaceful and quite area with the main road 2 minutes away.I will definitely book this place again.

Wonderful place, awesome pools, quick walk to the ocean, and he was super helpful!!! He was quick to respond to any questions and gave lots of good suggestions on what to do and where to eat around town!!! Definitely recommend 😁
