An extensive network of footpaths lead to Extwistle Moor, the cairn circle & tumuli above Ell Clough, the Bronte Way, Pennine Way & Bridleway. Sorry no dogs. No loud music.

This charming, modern two-bedroom lodge is ideal for a romantic getaway. Situated in the private gated residential area of the park, it is surrounded with the most gorgeous scenic landscape of the Ribble Valley. It is the perfect place to simply get away from it all or to unwind after a lovely day of exploring. All guests have full access to the holiday park’s amenities. However, if that is not your cup of tea, you are only a short walk from the heart of the gorgeous, quaint town of Longridge.

Lower Mallard cottage, hot-tub & spa options

Mallard is a traditional underdwelling with wonderful original features including beams and barrelled ceilings. It is tucked away high above the river, reached directly by a path and has a lovely view from its own garden to the sheltered woodland beyond. The private hot-tub is available for an additional cost. Exclusive use of the owners off-site private spa - indoor heated swimming pool, spa bath, sauna & outside Swimspa is also available for an additional charge, subject to availability.

The Shippen

Cosy Woodside Cottage, indoor pool, nr Chatsworth

Charming cosy cottage within 9 acres of gardens and all year round indoor heated swimming pool, shared only with The Round House , also available to book. Walk directly to Chatsworth House (3 miles) along the River Derwent - come back and curl up by the fire. Listen to birdsong and savour the stunning views from the garden. You will find brand new comfy beds, new (downstairs) family bathroom and brand new well equipped cream Shaker kitchen with separate pantry.

Uppergate Farmhouse Apartment

The one-bedroom apartment is located in a self-contained wing of a listed farmhouse. Oak beams, flag floors, with every modern convenience. The en-suite bedroom can sleep up to 2 (plus a cot) and 1 pet; the apartment has a fully equipped, fitted, modern kitchen/dining/living area and a patio with car parking space. A swimming pool with sauna is available to book at extra charge. We can not guarantee availability of pool slots less than 2 weeks before the booking.

Country Cottage With Shared Swimming Pool

Situated conveniently alongside some of the delightful places that the Peak District has to offer. What used to be an old working farm has now been turned into its own little holiday village. Guests will enjoy the home comforts of an open plan downstairs, which consists of fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area, whilst upstairs homes two bedrooms and a separate family bathroom. Within walking distance of the popular Carsington Water reservoir.
