Enjoy an evening playing basketball on your very own basketball court followed by smores around the firepit! This home has lake access and is 5 mins away via trails to the dock! You may swim and fish off the private dock! However, NO BOAT SLIPS INCLUDED NOR AVAILABLE! YOU MUST RENT A SLIP AT THE MARINA 3 mins away.

Renaissance Festival, KinKings Island and downtown historic Waynsville are within half hour drive. Wilmington and Hillsboro are the closest towns within 10-20 min.

North Bunkhouse

5 min from Rocky Fork Lake. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The bunkhouse is used by TRA during hunting season, it has all the amenities of home. Sleeps 18 people comfortably. Take advantage of the pool Table, Corn Hole Boards, Foosball Table, outdoor fire pit, and you can even rent a Kayak from us and the Guide will take you to the lake only 5 min away. Plenty of space to park your own boat if desired. Hillsboro Ohio is only 12 minutes away.

In the pines cabin

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Experience tiny house living in our little cabin. Enjoy beautiful Rocky Fork Lake, Amish countryside, hike and explore The Arc of Appalachia. Boat rental is just down the road at Bayside Bait and tackle. Our cabin has 2 full size beds upstairs in loft area as well as a comfy queen sofa that makes a decent bed also. There is a small table and chairs. There is also a larger refrigerator on covered back porch.
