You can walk down to the Lake or the Country Market while taking in all the fresh mountain air. Outside your cabin enjoy the charcoal BBQ grill and patio furniture. Also included in your stay are use of the heated indoor swimming pool (Pool is Open May 1st – Nov 30th, Dec 20th – Jan 6th Daily Hours: 10am – 8pm) & playground located 4 miles south of the cabin at Pine River Lodge.

Half Street Haven in Lake City

The house has stairs including a tight, narrow spiral staircase to the basement. It has an open-floor plan upstairs with a king bed & a full bathroom. There are bunks beds in the basement along with only one TV. This home is ideal for people looking to unplug & unwind. It also has a wrap around deck with a BBQ & parking for a truck & trailer onsite.

This uniquely comfortable cabin is super cute and refreshingly FUN !!! With Vallecito Lake views and direct access, via a walk, off your own comfortable private deck. The large master bedroom is a perfect romantic retreat. If kids or extra family are in the mix, they will love the bunk house loft it will surely please with its 3 comfortable beds! (Please note that the loft has a low ceiling height & ladder steps.) Your family will enjoy lots of outdoor space on this extra large property!

“Rancho Cebolla Guest Cabin”

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis nestled among giant spruce as the sound of rushing Cebolla Creek echoes through the trees. Trout abound in the creek which is only 200' from the cabin. Rancho Cebolla has about 980' of private water and is next to about a mile of public water at Mason Family SWA. Come enjoy the cool summer, watch the leaves change in fall, watch local wildlife, fish the Cebolla & local lakes, ride UTV trails on public land, or hunt big game in GMU 66 or 67.

Modern and newer construction (completed in May 2020) second floor guest house for rent. Two bedrooms and two baths, approximately 1125 square feet. Bedroom 1 has an attached bath with tiled walk in shower. Kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Huge 12' x 36' second story deck with amazing views. A beautiful studio home located in the historic downtown area of Lake City. Close to town park, restaurants, pubs and shopping. OHV access to the Alpine Loop. Comfortable accommodations consisting of a Queen size bed, bathroom with luxurious shower a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped. We are dog friendly with a one time $50.00 pet fee. Red Fox Retreat : a charming homestead

Welcome to the Red Fox Retreat, a log cabin on 2 acres in a mountain “neighborhood” (with red fox). There are four bedrooms (one detached in a little back cabin) and three bathrooms (one is detached). If you do NOT need to use the detached extra bed and bath, please let me know so my cleaners can schedule their time accordingly. 🐶We love dogs but please select that you’re bringing (up to two) due to a $100 total fee.
