York Luxury Apartment No 18 The Walk

The Walk is in the heart of York, right beside the Railway staion with one allocated parking space .This luxury apartment has one large bedroom with a super king size bed that can be made into two singles if requested, the other bed being a full size double sofa bed in the living room. A few breakfast items will be provided to get your stay off to a great start. Please read my fantastic reviews, if there is anything special you require i will try to help. Spencer House - a House of York holiday home is a stylish townhouse with a sunny courtyard. It sleeps up to 6 and is just a 5 min walk into central York. We are also pet friendly (incurs additional charge). Parking is available and we're a 10 min walk from the station. It's located just off ‘Bishy Road’ (voted Britain’s best high street) with independent shops, pubs, restaurants, cafes & delis. You can also rent the 2 houses next door (109 and 107 Nunnery Lane allowing bookings of up to 18).

This lovely modern apartment in The Walk provides the perfect base for your holiday in York. It is beautifully furnished and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It has 2 bedrooms, one double with full en suite bathroom, the other has 2 single beds that can be made into a king if required. The lounge has a sofa bed (small double). Extra charge for 5th and 6th guests. It’s close to the train station and has York’s attractions within walking distance.

The village has two pubs both serving tasty home cooked food and real ales.

Situated at the rear of our lovely Victorian home on a private driveway, secured with electric gates The Old Coach House comprises a first floor studio flat that we have renovated into a cosy little escape from the city centre. There is private, secure parking with an electric charging point (available at an additional charge). A bus stop is located outside with frequent services to and from the city centre.

Looks onto big family garden, feels like a country retreat but only 20-25 minutes' easy and beautiful river walk from city centre. Well behaved pets welcome. Should the annex be booked for your preferred dates, do look up our shepherds hut. This ground floor studio is located in a converted warehouse within the city walls. It was converted in 2018 so the interior is in great order and the exterior looks onto water views. Free on-site covered and secure car parking space within multi-storey car park. With a 5 minute walk to the main historic area/main shopping area and a 3 minute walk to Waitrose/Morrisons supermarkets. Wifi included.
