We had a great stay in Maryland, made all the better by Kurt and Marilyn's great hosting. Their basement apartment has everything you'd need for a beautiful and relaxing stay. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen felt new and well thought out and overall the appartment was spacious yet homely. From the moment you get out of the car you know that they've put a lot of thought into this airbnb and worked to make it feel like a home. One of our favourite bits was the daffodil lined path, past the trees to the door. Every time we went in and out, seeing rabbits and squirrels on our way past and hearing the birds up above was so relaxing. Finally we would add that having hosts on-site means was an added bonus as any issues are quickly responded to and well managed. Plus they had great recommendations for where to go and what to see, was lovely to meet them. Would definitely stay there again if we're back in the area.

Mary’s place, Heron’s Cove, exceeded our expectations. The home is filled with quality, comfortable furniture and has a nice homey feel to it. The home is outfitted with all we needed for a pleasant stay. Every kitchen appliance imaginable is provided as well as all we needed in toiletries, extra towels, blankets, etc. The setting is very peaceful and quiet with great views through a mature forest of the Patuxent River. Our family loved it. Mary’s communications with us were regular, making sure we had all we needed. The whole trip was very relaxing…we highly recommend her place and look forward to returning. Sandy Feet Retreat in Colonial Beach was a great place to take my daughter and the grandkids for a 3 day Spring Break holiday. The condo was beautifully furnished and very well located on the boardwalk. My family loved having access to the beach right outside the condo and spent many hours collecting shells and sea glass. Fishing from the pier was a thrill for my grandson. I enjoyed peaceful mornings on the balcony and evening time there listening to the waves each day. Thank you Brittany for everything you do to assure a lovely stay for your guests.

We found this place on a last minute decision stop to Washington DC The location is very calm and decorated with a lot of taste. Every single detail was thought about, from the snacks and water ready for our (really) late arrival, the wall light in the bathroom to find it better at night, the perfect balance in between the choice of colors and materials. Everything is here to make you feel right at home Lena was nothing but kind and helpfull, with an eye for details. All the informations and recommendations were on point The place was spotless and really well organised Thanks again for the perfect stay !

Stayed here for 5 days while our floors were being refinished. Great place for 2 people who are working from home. Loved the loft where I could getaway and do some yoga. And the sectional sofa was perfect for 2 people to fully lounge and watch TV. We had everything we needed for a longer stay and were very comfortable. Also appreciate that this place is pet friendly and we could bring our cat.

We had a great stay. This place is tucked away and private, but also close to the action- plenty of restaurants, bars, and recreation. Park your car and walk everywhere. Don’t be afraid to bring your dog. This is a great spot for having adventures with your pup or for leaving them in the apartment for a bit. Space was clean and comfortable. Hosts were proactive and accommodating. We hope to come back.

I don’t know if I can express how much I loved our stay at Rich and Yumi’s place. The property is very beautiful, private and very peaceful. We enjoyed fishing and taking in all of the sights and sounds of nature surrounding us. The fire pit area and hot tub were very nice additions to the property. The house was very clean and comfortable. The house was very well stocked. Rich and Yumi pay great attention to detail. We were greeted by a nice welcome basket and card to welcome us. After departing we realized that my daughter had forgotten a few items. Rich was very responsive and helpful in locating the items and arranging to ship them to us. I absolutely fell in love with this place and definitely plan to return in the future. Thank you very much Rich and Yumi for sharing your amazing property with us!

This house is amazing! So much space and the Master Bedroom is so wonderful. Everything was clean and the street was safe and quiet. We will absolutely look to book here again.

Sophia was so kind. Met our family when we got there and even went the extra mile of making sure we saw this nice beautiful red moon over the water. Just amazing!

Beautiful classy neighborhood, beautiful house. Split level house, no connection or access between the levels.

We had no issues. The place was nice and clean. It’s a perfect central area between Baltimore and Washington DC.

We had the pleasure of staying here during the winter while we looked for a place to live. It was perfect! Quiet and peaceful yet super close to all restaurants and stores. We had some snowfall and the views were stunning! Once it warmed up we even got to see some wild life in the woods behind us. Lovely huge porch! Lots of space in garden escape. Can bring the entire family and more!!! Nice big driveway for easy turned around. Patrick was beyond responsive for all my questions.Whether is was just informing be as something as simple as an Internet outage in the area or we had one situation with an unsure smell. Patrick acted immediately on the problem and it was resolved within 2 hours from start to finish. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Had a very peaceful and cozy stay here. I came here for two events, and I’m not a fan of driving around the city so we stayed in the rest of the time. Felt right at home the whole time! The wifi was exceptionally fast, bed and couch were comfy, and the foosball table gave me and my partner something fun to do to pass the time. Also, the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet - which I didn’t expect due to the urban location. Did not notice any neighbors or sirens the entire time and was able to relax and sleep peacefully!

Excellent property, location, condition and price. The owner thought of everything you would need. The condo was clean and spacious. The view was spectacular, a perfect spot to view the sunrise off the bay. The host was responsive, kind and thoughtful. My grandsons enjoyed the water view and it was calming for them. House was great with space for everyone whether we gathered for a meal or game wanted to spread out. Super easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. GREAT coffee shop and a few gems of restaurants and shops-we were definitely there in off season and the town was not fully opened - lots of opportunity in the town and lots of places getting opened for the season! Would be a great place for a quick summer getaway

Emanuela is super responsive and helpful. Great location and fantastic value for a place to stay. It’s perfect for a place to crash while you’re out and about most of the time like I was.
