Relaxing place amongst the pine trees. Hot tub was a nice touch. Family enjoyed the hammocks and fire place and the fresh air.

We enjoyed our weekend here and will def be back. So relaxing being outdoors & they had everything we needed.

This was a delightful 2-bedroom cottage which was clean, modern, well-maintained and had AC and hot water in the shower. The host arranged for my entry and also a moto taxi so that I could get to and from Punta Gorda (PG) village where I enjoyed Garifuna food, music and culture. The cottage is very safe, quiet, had nice views and working Wi-Fi. You could walk to PG from here (about 2 miles), but mototaxi or moped may be better options. The furniture in the home was tastefully arranged and you could tell that host put some thought into what guests might need. The fridge, kitchen and bathroom were super clean with towels left out for me. I liked it here and would definitely stay again. It’s a good spot for families, but also solo travel or couples. Thanks Harlyn for accommodating me during the holiday season.

Es una casa encantadora, llena de muchos detalles que me impresionaron, se nota la dedicacion y cuidado en cada espacio de la casa, cocina super equipada, habitaciones, baños, sala con chimenea, sillas mesedoras, hamacas, en fin super complacido de este lindo lugar y sobre todo la tranquilidad que hay.

nos encantó, Jorge fue muy amable con nosotros, nos guío, nos espero, nos llevó adónde debíamos tomar la lancha, nos consiguio el tour, no hay mejor lugar para quedarse y poder ir a conocer cayos cochinos, lo recomiendo 100% vale la pena, gracias por todo !!

excelente servicio, muy bonito lugar y casa bien equipada, buena atención por parte del afritrion, solo como recomendación limpiar antes de cada estadía la piscina ya que hay bastantes árboles y se llena de hojas, pero mi familia y yo quedamos super satisfechos.

Todo cálida inpecable sujiero no más que retomen lo de la casa de acanpar o quitar la foto de galería pero de hay todo es un 110% full recomendado clima privacidad todo

Anchor Inn was a dream come true. We loved everything about the place. Private cabins with lots of shared space outside. Kandy and Carlos take excellent care of the property and the pool. We swam everyday and enjoyed the outdoor spaces so much. Tons of butterflies, hummingbirds and iguanas! As described in many other reviews they provide so much help. On-site water and laundry, weekly cabin cleaning plus excellent recommendations for anything else you could want or need. Kandy helps with everything and was always welcoming and caring. She even had a traditional dinner at her house for all the guests and residents! It’s very peaceful and quiet. It’s an easy 10 minute walk down the street to the center of town. There’s two small stores right down the block. I highly recommend Anchor Inn. You do have to pay for your own electricity as stated in the listing. It cost us about $20 a week for all of our basic needs. If you run the AC it will cost more.

Everyone (Miriam, Jon and Victor, to name but a few) taking care of the property and guests are polite, caring and simply wonderful. The cabin has everything a couple or single person needs and is absolutely homey and cozy. The location and proximity to the ocean are excellent, watching the dolphins learn there routines in the morning is very pleasant and the location in Sandy Bay is perfect to explore the West End and West Bay areas, the East towards Mud Hole and its a few minutes walking distance from the Blue Bahia with there own wonderful staff and great on location PADI 5 Star dive centre, The Sandy Bay Divers. We had a wonderful time and would definitely book this same location again. If we go with more people, the House on the other lot belongs to Miss Lucile as well and is a wonderful size for two couple and/or kids. Thank you for a wonderful experience in Roatán.

Nuevamente volví a hospedarme en cabañas monaco y Lo mejor de todo fue la carretera, pavimentado todo el camino hacia la cabaña. Es estupendo porque mi automóvil es bajito. Gracias.

One of the most remarkable locations that I had the pleasure of staying in.

A magical, inviting, comforting, peaceful getaway in the jungle treetops. The sounds of wind or rain on the palm fronds along with singing frogs and night birds lulled us to sleep at night, and we awoke to whispering palms and jungle birds. The porch is sheltered from sun, wind and rain, and perfect for reading, sketching, meditating or coffee while planning the day. The Casita has bottled water and everything we needed for cooking, a warm shower, and a mosquito net, which we probably didn't need but did use. Lightning bugs, friendly geckos and anoles, and vibrant green hummingbirds were daily visitors. The happy dogs are lovely and come to hang out. La Casita is a magical portal. Whether it is your home base for adventures on the island or a private retreat, you will have a transcendant experience in this beautiful home steeped in positive vibes. Definitely away from tourists and noise. You will need a 4-wheel drive! Ruth and Dave are wonderful lovely people. Would return 10/10!

Me encantó el lugar, super Pacífico y muy hermoso rodeado de pinos. No pudimos disfrutar del hermoso patio por la lluvia, pero aún dentro de la casa, es bastante cómodo. Muy recomendado
