This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

Our Airbnb is a spacious 1400sq ft fully-furnished private walk-out basement. The space has all the basic amenities and comforts along side a 65in HD TV, ping-pong table, and a foosball table. Our property is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Our Airbnb is prefect for all sorts of guests. Nearby you will find I-90 thruway, UofR, RIT, Strong Memorial Hospital, Airport, and great dining spots.
