We are positioned on the very edge of Dartmoor, with the national cycle path 50 mtrs from the gate and walking distance to the adjacent villages of Yelverton & Horrabridge. The annex is a converted stable block and offers our guests the comfort of a newly developed facility, with kitchenette, sofa area, bedroom space and luxury shower room. The Annex will provide you with all of the comforts of home, while you concentrate on enjoying the beauty of the surrounding area. We are bias, but love it!

A bird watching haven - egrets, swans, geese, avocets, osprey, European roller (2023) and this year ... a sea eagle! Masses of walking trails and cycling.

Highly modern, recently renovated 3 bedroom semi detached house in Crownhill. Open-plan kitchen/dining space, perfect for social occasions. Large front room with 'L' shape sofa and fireplace. 2 large bedrooms with king-size beds with a reasonably sized, fully equipped family bathroom. Easy access to walking trails, reservoirs, and historic sites. Yelverton is a few minutes drive and has a good butcher, Co-op, Post Office, pubs and is close to the market town of Tavistock and the city of Plymouth, making it ideal for both outdoor activities and exploring Devon's history and coast.

Situated in a rural location with stunning views across the Tamar Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, half a mile from the picturesque village of Milton Combe (with excellent pub) and one mile from the Dartmoor National Park. The house has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 people.

It is the perfect location for exploring Dartmoor and enjoying nearby restaurants and pubs.
