Located on our family farm, we have animals on site, including horses, cows, goats, dogs, cats and 2 micro pigs (Gavin & Stacey) so some farm noises are to be expected on a morning!

Free parking next to our main house garden fence. Buses 10 mins to city centre, 20mins to the Uni of Leeds.
