Ernesto's place is a gem. This was the 2nd time My family has stayed here. The place, location, and responsiveness of Ernesto keeps us coming back. I can't reccomend this place enough. perfect for a long or short stay.

Very relaxing place to stay! We loved the pool and easy access to the beach with showers to wash off before coming back from the beach. The view of the ocean and the lagoon from the condo were beautiful, allowing you to see both the sunrise and sunset. Highly recommend The Caribbean Galleon restaurant just a short walk away from the condominium (Cash only). We would definitely return!

Todo muy bien con la piscina, y la habitación digo no leí pero no tienen a/a sin embargo por el precio creo esta bien también tienen en buenas condiciones las instalaciones, la atención es optima y amable.

A lovely home in a residential neighborhood that was quiet and peaceful, with super friendly security guards at the gate. The decor was very modern, with cozy chairs and a large family size sofa. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking family meals, and the beds were very comfortable. There is a great lady who does laundry and a great cafe that does delicious breakfast within a 1-minute walk. Mike is a super flexible host, always great to communicate with, and gave us great local recommendations. Highly recommend for family stays!

Siempre amable! contestaba rápido, todo super limpio, con agua purificada, todo lo necesario en baños, camas super cómodas, cocina con lo necesario y a 17 min de playa forum y gaviota azul!! me sentí como en casa.. sin duda volvería.

La casa se encuentra en un conjunto residencial cerrado y seguro, estaba limpia y es un lugar muy acogedor. Luis fue muy expeditivo en todas las dudas y necesidades que planteamos. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Nairobel siempre estuvo al pendiente de nosotros, responde muy rápido los mensajes y es muy buena anfitriona, sin duda recomiendo mucho su alojamiento, tiene todos los servicios para pasar una estancia agradable!

El alojamiento esta ubicado muy cerca del ADO lo que proporciona traslados hacia otroa puntos muy facilmente. Queda en una calle cerrada lo que brinda seguridad y tranquilidad, cuenta con maquina para lavar ropa (algo que es muy importante) y la atencion de Maria Cristina y su marido es de mucha calidez y super servicial. Estan atentos a las necesidades y buscan soluciones a las circunstancias que se plantean. El baño cuenta con toallas disponibles y botiquin, detalles que hacen una estadia tranquila

Julio was an amazing host who has superb hospitality skills. He was so kind and met us during check in to easily access the unit. His home is so beautiful and perfect for a home away from home. I would definitely rebook. Julio and his sweetheart wife made sure we got our cookies even though we were early and he was also kind enough to buy water for us. Amazing, top tier service I am so happy we booked with him. Recommend over and over again. My boyfriend and I stayed for a night before we checked into a resort on hotel zone and we definitely missed the space. We will be back!

Absolutely fantastic place, this is our 4th trip to Isla and this is by far the best accommodation. Everything was as described and we felt right at home from the minute we arrived. Already planning our next trip and will def stay here again

Adrian and Yus were such great hosts. Adrian is the primary contact and he responded to me quickly day or night, even after 10 PM many times. When ordering food delivery the security gate requires notice, otherwise the delivery driver cannot enter. So just be aware you'll have to alert Adrian prior to making food deliveries. I always tried to let him know a half hour to an hour ahead of time. The space was small but sweet, I loved the balcony and used it daily to watch the sunset. The neighborhood is very quiet, road noise, just the chatter of pups in the area. The 4th floor has the best view but of course the most stairs. I brought up 6 suitcases and a backpack, and lots of water, it was a chore at first but after a few days I was very used to it. I stayed here for almost 2 weeks. Water pressure in the shower is totally fine, takes a minute or two to get really warm but it never bothered me. The sink and laundry water was slower, but no big deal. I would recommend this Airbnb :)

Elegí este Airbnb a nada de irme para Cancún. Tuve toda una aventura con este viaje y de verdad sentí paz una vez que elegí este alojamiento. Fueron los mejores hosts del mundo. Fue un viaje por mi cumpleaños y permitieron que llegaran flores de mi novio y amigos. Todo el tiempo se ve el staff de los condominios cuidando y procurando, excelentes instalaciones no solo del departamento si no de todo el complejo. Las aplicaciones como DiDi, Uber, etc funcionando al 100% muchísimas opciones en especial si llegas tarde. De igual manera pasan los camiones de la ruta hotelera seguido, enfrente de los condominios. Se puede caminar muy tranquilamente por fuera y dentro. Nunca hubo escándalo, algo que se agradece. El departamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos, pudimos cocinar nuestros alimentos y bañarnos sin ningún inconveniente. En ningún momento vimos bichos. Me encantó! Y def es un lugar que recomendaré y volveré pronto.

Definitely a five star, everything as described, very clean. The view is better than the one in the photo. We were a party of four and had a great time here. We would love to come back.

El departamento nos encantó, está súper cerca de la playa ballenas, estaba muy cómodo para las 6 personas que nos alojamos en el, sin duda volvería a quedarme con mi familia aquí. Tomen en cuenta que no cuenta con elevador por lo que hay que subir escaleras para entrar. Los camiones pasan muy cerca del condominio, buenos restaurantes en la zona
