I am grateful to have stayed in such an amazing place, with my dog, Jax! The host was very responsive and instructions were clear and to the point. It is a very relaxing and quiet area as well, and my dog enjoyed drinking from Lake Superior with ease. Thank you for providing such an amazing place to stay, and I highly recommend others to stay in the area as well! Thank you!

My husband and I needed a last minute place to stay over the past weekend. We wanted to stay in the L’Anise area, since we have a friend that lives in the town, and this was the best option. The unit is clean, has an amazing view of Lake Superior and is very spacious. I was very impressed with the unit overall. I would gladly book again!

Convenient location on the main drag in downtown Houghton. Cool exterior, spotless interior. 10/10, will definitely try to stay here again when I visit MTU.

Loved our stay at Lexie’s place! The side-by-side units worked perfectly for our group. Cool, loft-style apartments right in downtown Houghton! We are big fans and can’t wait to visit again!

This is the only house I have ever gone back to and I've been there 4 times. You will not find a winter waterfront view like this anywhere else. The home is spacious, quiet, and well kept.

Great place for MTU graduation weekend. It was nice to be in the lake. The house was exceptionally clean. There was no expectation of Kari’s guests to be housekeepers too. Very easy check in and check out. Hope to stay here again for future events!

The home was a wonderful getaway. Very peaceful, beautiful location and wonderful to wake up to the sunrise over Lake Superior every morning and watch the sunset in the evenings. We loved staying at Kyle’s place! The host was responsive and provided clear instructions and suggestions. The house was very clean and spacious, and had everything we needed. There was plenty of comfortable seating - loved the porch and outdoor space. The mattress was super comfortable, which is important to my old bones after a day of hiking/exploring! We were only two people, but you could easily accommodate a large family or group and have plenty of room! We loved the remote waterfront location, it was so quiet and peaceful. We explored the Baraga County area (recommend the Lake and County tour), easily made day trips east to the Michigamme area and west to the Keweenaw and to Houghton for a MTU football game. We even got to see the Northern Lights right from the yard! It was a great time and we are already talking about coming back!

I loved her cozy Airbnb! Felt like I was home 🏡 but a lot colder and way more snow 😊. Very very clean and had everything we needed to cook meals which is not always the case. PLENTY of sleeping room. It was just my daughter and I but wanted to check it out for the summer time and I will try to rent it again for then. Cheryl was super sweet and kind. We had an issue but she was very quick to respond and fix the situation. GREAT host! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!
