Ferienunterkünfte direkt am Strand in Houmt Souk

Located in a very peaceful neighborhood. I enjoyed my time in Djerba. I was able to walk to the Radisson Blu and have some drinks and have dinner. There are supermarkets nearby and a post office as well. There is a cafe a short walk away. On the main road you can catch a taxi. With a rental car, southern Djerba is a short 2 hour drive away to see the gorgeous locations in Tataouine. Hassen was always responsive even when my flight was delayed or changed. The house is awesome and spacious. I was able to also make breakfast and a snack when I wanted to stay in. There was plenty of hot water and the heaters kept the home warm during the chilly winter nights. I highly recommend this space if you are in Djerba and need plenty of space for your vacation.

je tiens a remercier Achraf pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité il était super sympa et accueillant Villa Meryam est bcp plus belle en réalité qu'en photos prés de toute commodité propre et voisinage très calme une maison bien équipée une bonne terrasse un bon barbecue, la maison est entièrement climatisé piscine propre et bien entretenu et sans vis-a-vis c'est l'emplacement idéale pour des vacances relax a Djerba la douce a recommander sans hésitation Merci Achraf Merci Djerba

Very nice villa. Everything was compliant to the description and photos. Karim was very reactive to the messages and was checking if Everything went well. Good location and well equiped villa. The mall is just 5min from the villa. Too many attractions are close by ! The garden and the terrasse are also nice. will come back for sure !

We had a wonderful time in Maher’s home on Djerba for the month January. This is a large, two story home with 3 master bedrooms, all with large closets and private bathrooms. There is also a 1/2 bath on the lower level. The pool area is nice, the pool was always clean even though it was too cold for us to swim. It was wintertime with cool temperatures though it was always hot and sunny by the pool. The washing machine works well and there is an outdoor clothes line. There were very few tourists in January and it was peaceful everywhere. Lots of restaurants were closed. We spent many afternoons on the outdoor sofa at The Sunset Bar drinking pints of local beer. We loved the local markets in Houmt Souk, on Monday morning, and Midoun on Friday morning. Mabruk, the caretaker, lives in the tiny house on the property. He is a very nice man who will help you with anything you need. Thanks, Maher, we loved our time in Djerba.

Perfect place, everything as described with easy access to shops and beachfront. Host is superb and I highly recommend.

We stayed with our family for 4 weeks and had a great time! Big house with lots of space and nice beach close by. We rented a car to get around which made our stay more easier.

Hélène est une super hôte, très disponible par message pour tous renseignements si besoin. Elle connaît et renseigne les bonne personnes ainsi que les bonnes adresses sur place, tels que restaurants, excursions, taximan, magasins souvenirs etc... Sur place son ami Fathi, qui s'occupe de la maison en son absence, est joignable très facilement aussi. La maison est vraiment comme décrite loin de l'agitation touristique mais proche à pied d'une supérette et de 2 restaurants. Pour le reste le taxi est le moyen de transport le plus facile et vraiment pas cher. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances, grâce aux conseilles d'Hélène et de Fathi. Encore merci

Appartement réservé en urgence et a été au delà de nos attentes ! Très grand studio et bien placé, proche de la mer Cependant l’hôte n’était pas vraiment présent pour nous répondre dans les temps et on a dû se débrouiller tout seul sur place

Belle, grande et confortable maison. Piscine et jardin magnifiques. Environnement idéal: plages, restos, épiceries, activités et taxis tout proches. Tahar est un hôte exemplaire, merci!

Noura est une hôte formidable, nous avons été très bien accueilli, et cela a duré tout au long du séjour car elle était aux petits soins avec nous, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse font d'elle une personne exceptionnelle, quant à la maison, elle est très jolie, décorée avec goût et dans un beau quartier très calme, à quelques mètres seulement d'une plage tranquille et juste à côté d'un axe routier, sans oublier qu'elle se situe entre la zone touristique et Houmet souk où se trouve la marina... je recommande vivement Noura et sa maison. Un grand merci à Noura de la part de toute la famille, nous garderons de très beaux souvenirs

The host was very hospitable and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, very close to the beach. Would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Djerba.

chouette appartement face à la mer ! seul petit bémol serait de repenser la porte d'entrée qui laisse un peu trop passer l'air. en été ça va, mais en basse saison c'est un peu moins bien ! Merci de l'accueil !
