Walk from the house up the mountain or to Kalk Bay harbour, shops & restaurants - or stay at home and enjoy the pool, hot tub & fireplaces. It is private and secluded, ideal for those seeking a getaway.

The villa has 3 levels with their own large bedroom suites. All bedrooms have king size beds, air-conditioning, en-suite bathrooms. Power outages are being experienced by SA - the oven/stove is gas, the hot water is gas, the internet is solar driven and we have 2 battery lights for guests use.

Two storey cottage with stunning mountain and sea views of Hout Bay. Open plan kitchen dining area with a wood burner, leading onto garden with cocktail pool and 2nd bedroom downstairs. Upstairs a lovely living room with glass doors onto granite verandah and beautiful mountain and see views and ensuite master bedroom. Inverter installed so we do not notice the power outages.
