The Old Pantry is a self-contained apartment in the lower ground floor of a beautiful Grade 2 listed Townhouse in Regency Hove. The sea is 3 mins walk at the bottom of the road. There are also restaurants, cafes & two supermarkets. The apartment sleeps 4 (+ a baby) Please be aware no parties or gatherings are allowed. Pets are charged as an extra. There is a small secluded outside patio space in the centre of the property. ** PLEASE NOTE BOOKINGS ARE REQUIRED MORE THAN 24 HRS IN ADVANCE**

The apartment has just been decorated and is filled with antique mirrors, chandeliers, new pale sofas, a king size bed, a double bed and fluffy towels. The shower room is new, with Fired Earth marble tiles and a huge shower head. Perfectly located, the shops and restaurants are a couple of minutes away.

The one-bedroom, basement apartment has been recently refurbished to a high standard, with a new kitchen, bathroom and furnishings. A 5 minute walk to the train station, 2 minutes to the bus stop. Mezzanine bedroom area with double bed, and a sofa bed. Suitable for a couple as well as families (up to 2 children) Kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Power shower and heated towel rail. Private patio area with garden furniture.
