A stone and wooden house with turfroof situated on a hillside. A very quiet place with only sheep, birds and green grass as far as the eye can see. Right infront of the house is the Northatlantic ocean. There are no neighbors. Ideal for someone looking for a quiet tranquil accommodation. The house was built in 2010 with an old traditional Faroese style. It has 1 bedrooms, a toilet, kitchen and a living room, all with a fantastic view.

Denne særlige bolig er meget velisoleret og varm, og den er udstyret med gulvvarme , sum er meget behageligt og varmt i kolde temperaturer. Den ligger tæt på havet og for enden af en blind vej. Boligen er totalt 20 m2, og er et rum med køkken og senge plus et moderne badeværelse med bruser med masser af varmt vand. Der er bageovn og kogeplader, emhætte. Køleskab med indbygget fryser og ellers alt almindeligt køkkenudstyr.

The cottage stands very close to the sea with a view of the fjord, the nearby marina and Torshavn. The house's unique location makes it possible to observe a varied wildlife of seabirds, some seals, fishing boats, cruise liners and container ships up close. This small house has two floors. The kitchen and living room are combined in one room on the ground floor and the bedroom and bathroom are on the 1. Floor.

Experience this newly built boathouse located right by the seafront and only 100 m from a grocery store, local bakery/cafe, public svimming/spa hall and public busses. Large, peaceful apartment in the middle of the Faroe Islands. Geographically central. The longest distance by car is approximately 1 hour's drive. 6 of the islands are connected by tunnels and bridges. It is about 15 min to Tórshavn through the new underwater tunnel. Quiet village by the sea. Nice view from the livingroom. You will love my home because of the peace, the view and the surroundings.

Lejligheden er renoveret og bliver opvarmet med Grøn Energi (luft til vand) og har en meget god udsigt, med mulighed at bruge en stor terasse, der man har udsigt til fire øer, lejligheden ligger centralt imellem lufthavnen ogThorshavn, har god gåafstand til Trælanýpa og Trøllkonufingur. Gásadalur/Múlafossur ligger på øen og ruteforbindelse til Mýkines. Der er gode muligheder for parkering.

This house is build after a model from 1870. The atmosphere is there even you stay in a warm well equipped little cottage. Its 35 m2 big, and have one room and toilet and a small kitchen. A loft under the ceiling can host 2 persons extra. Keep in mind that there is still only one room to stay in. The house is in a charming village 56 km from Tórshavn.
