The Airstream is tucked away in a grove of redwoods next to a seasonal creek on the rugged north coast of California right outside the picturesque village of Trinidad, CA. Hiking, rugged beaches, birding, wildlife viewing and the tallest trees in the world abound in nearby Redwood National Park.

Just down the steps across the OUTDOOR LIVING ROOM, step into the "Shower Grotto", inside an Old Growth Redwood Stump with a Rain Shower.

A cozy experience at this studio located just minutes from the heart of Arcata and the beautiful redwoods awaits you! There is one queen sized bed and a SMALL couch that can transform into a little bed. This property is located in a friendly neighborhood, and it has an added convenience of being right near a grocery store. These conveniences may not always bring the quietest location, but you’ll feel like one of the locals. Amenities: Free parking, WiFi, a mini-kitchen.

Brand new studio cottage, quiet, sunny, private, surrounded by gardens and orchards. End of the road, walk out the door to nearby woods, hiking trails, ocean views. Wake to the song of birds, and fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. Located on 2 acres, sharing the property with the owner but both places separate and private. Very short distance up the road to many unique Humboldt beaches, Trinidad, Redwood National park. Arcata and Eureka just south 7 and 15 min.

Muddy Duck Cottage

If you are looking for a farm stay in the redwoods, come stay with us at this studio cottage with a full kitchen, washer dryer, patio, and fire pit. Enjoy the early morning (and sometimes all day) sounds of ducks, geese, turkeys and cattle . Surrounded by acres of Redwood trees, no street lights, and lots of wildlife. Enjoy the stars from the patio in redwood rocking chairs. The cottage has Roku Smart TV, NETFLIX, WIFI & all basic bath & kitchen essentials.

My guest space is a small, private room (11x7, not incl bathroom) attached to the back of my house. The room has a private entrance off the backyard with an attached private bath. I offer keyless entry. Guests can enjoy the attached deck off the room and relax in a peaceful yard. The room is a burst of color to contrast with the gray days in Humboldt. The room is a short walk to the zoo and several restaurants. Old town is a quick drive.
