You cannot beat the location. All main tourist attractions are walkable. Yet, accommodation is extremely quiet. It is as pictured. Very large and ease for multiple to stay in. The coffee filters, tea, and coffee provided were an amazing touch. I hate having to buy filters at every location. She had enough for our entire stay.. nice touch. She was extremely responsive to all questions. You cannot beat the price.

Our two families had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, spacious with ample storage, and the well-equipped kitchen made meal prep easy. We appreciated the reliable hot water and good lighting. The location next to the lovely city park was a huge plus for the kids. Highly recommend!

The apartment is perfect for a large group. Really nice with three bathrooms, well equipped and well cleaned. Good location close to public transport and restaurants. The host Cat was clear in his communication both before and during our stay. Great information with pictures where the apartment was located, sights etc. Everyone in our group was very happy with the apartment and we highly recommend it. Also the host Cat is recommended. Emplacement en plein centre mais néanmoins très calme, nous avons fait toutes nos visites à pied. Le seul bémol c’est sur le contenu des placards de la cuisine , un torchon et quelques couverts en plus aurait été les bien venu. Mais c’est largement compensé par l’emplacement et l’appartement et la gentillesse d’Alexa. Bref très bon séjour !

We had a wonderful stay in Kattalin’s apartment!! Everyhing was so clean and tidy and the location is perfect!!

The apartament is lovely, with great localization (near to simpla kert), near the building are many trams and bus stopa. Will be coming back for sure!!

Sehr schönes, neues Apartment direkt am Wasser gelegen. Traumhaft gelegen. Supermärkte etwas entfernt. Wlan funktionierte während unseres Aufenthaltes wegen Bauarbeiten leider nicht. Ansonsten schon höherer Preis, am Balaton aber bei der Lage offensichtlich normal.

Great location and peaceful neighbourhood. Bright and cozy aparment, exactly like on photos. Has everything you need for a short stay. Pearsonally, I would appreciate a couple of extra towels, but I wouldn't say this is a minus. Parking place in the garage is a big plus. Easy and pleasant communication with Andrea.

My friends and I loved this apartment. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed. My toddler said he’d found “his perfect kitchen” because of the small fridge that was his size. The playground next door was amazing and so nice to be next to ALDIs too. Easy to get into town. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic place with a super convenient location. Nancy was there for us whatever we needed. Great restaurant recommendations. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything and all of it was really clean and well taken care of. Highly recommended.

We are a family of 6. We stayed in Christophe's apartment while visiting family in Budapest and it was spacious enough for us all to be comfortable and relaxed. I was even able to have my parents over for breakfast as well as dinner, so lots of room and a good kitchen. The apartment was absolutely excellent. The yard was great for the kids, the beds were comfy, the apartment was bright, well equipped, clean and airy. It felt like home away from home. I would stay here again and again. There was also room for us to securely park our large SUV. If you have a big family like us, I am sure you will find it nice to have such a lovely apartment with space for your vehicle. The neighborhood was peaceful and green, it seemed very safe and it has everything you need: green spaces, grocery etc. We took transit to downtown every day, the kids loved the trams, it was super easy. It was a wonderful place to stay Christophe was responsive, very helpful and kind. He was an excellent host xox

The flat is very central. The building is old but so is this part of the city. There is one flight of stairs. The flat is renovated, modern with big spaces. Multiple local restaurants and shops within very short walks. A really good choice for exploring Budapest.

Majdnem két hónapot töltöttem is, és azonnal itthon éreztem magam. A lakás csendes, a környék tele van lehetőségekkel, a belváros is könnyen megközelíthető. Zsuzsi rendkívül segítőkész, és a kommunikáció mindig simán ment. Szívből ajánlom mindenkinek!

Nagyon szép szálláshely és tágas, 4 embernek kitűnő választás. Elhelyezkedése nekünk tökéletes volt, ugyanis trolival könnyedén eltudtunk jutni bárhová. A házigazda gyorsan válaszolt és nagyon pontos instrukciót adott az érkezéssel kapcsolatban. Nagyon jól felszerelt, hűtő, mikró, főző lap, klíma van. A takarítás nem volt kifogástalan, a nem gyakran használt eszközöket kicsit ellepte már a por. Egy picit zavart, hogy nagyon meleg volt az apartmanba, a klíma meg nem hűtött eléggé. Most ez még nem is nagy baj, de nyári időszakban, a nagy melegben már egy szellőztetés kevés. Mindenek ellenére, csak ajánlani tudom!

Great location, me and my family were in winter time, building with excellent heating, very quiet place, parking spot in garage, balcony with great view. Daniel was allways responsive for everything, easy check in and check out, all you need in the kitchen and bathroom. Corvin Mall, restaurants, caffee shops, Lidl, bakery, all you need 2 minuts away from apartment.

Superbe appartement, très bien situé ! Tout est faisable à pieds aux alentours. Petite place sympathique juste en bas avec des restaurants. La terrasse avec vue sur la ville est superbe et permet de pouvoir se relaxer entre 2 visites de la ville

Communication with Monika and Gábor was really great, quick replies and everything went smoothly. They also compiled a very comprehensive info package with recommendations of things to do, information on how to get to the flat and how things work in Budapest. Everything was clean (shiny floors!), public transport was very nearby to the flat and thus, the inner city was quick to reach. We really enjoyed our stay!

Roberto is een geweldige host. Op mijn vragen reageerde hij direct. Het appartement was precies zoals omschreven. 2 badkamers voor 2 stellen is ideaal. Aan de overkant kun je heerlijk ontbijten met uitgebreide keuze broodjes en koffie. Roberto gaf ons restaurant tips waardoor wij van de traditionele keuken hebben kunnen genieten. Alle bezienswaardigheden zijn makkelijk aan te lopen. Een nette rustige buurt. Kortom, een echte aanrader voor een bezoek aan het mooie Boedapest. Wij komen hier zeker terug!

Ubytovanie môžem len odporučiť. izby sú veľké a presiestané a veľmi dobre vybavané. Terasa je veľká a priestranná s možnosťou grilovania a s vyrivkou. Blízko do centra s krásnym výhľadom. Stojí to zato. Ďakujem za možnosť sa tu ubytovať.

We had a fantastic stay at Melinda’s property during our Christmas trip to Budapest! The location was perfect, allowing us to visit Fisherman’s Bastion early in the morning at 6:30 AM and enjoy the stunning views without any crowds—a truly magical experience. We also loved exploring the charming neighborhood on our last day. The local market, delicious street food, brunch at Lulu, and a meal at Kolbászda Bajor Étterem és Söröző were unforgettable highlights. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, and Melinda was an excellent host. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Budapest!

Russell's place is just amazing! Everything was as advertised, the location is perfect in Dist V and Russell is an amazing host! Definite Recommend
