National Historic Registry Home on UTC Campus Near Downtown

Watch the sun set over Lookout Mountain from a rocker on the 2nd-floor balcony. Winner of the Fort Wood National Historic Renovation Award, this home was built in 1891 by Major Joseph Warner, once a Civil War prisoner of War, as the carriage house for his nearby mansion. On the UTC Campus a short walk to exciting Downtown restaurants and entertainment. The Hot Tub is fully functioning, Private and is only for our guests at Northshore Lookout. Because we are downtown and have neighbors close by the Hot tub is closed at 10pm to limit noise.
