I love staying here, and I would totally recommend to anyone! It’s a beautiful property & home, and both Annette and Daniel are very kind and helpful. It’s very quiet and serene, and the room & amenities are in pristine condition and you do feel right at home here.

Our stay in the Boathouse with our pupp was so great! While the parking was a little tight, once we made our way to our little private oasis it felt like we were in our own little world by the river. I loved the breakfasts they served — clearly made with love — and they kindly accounted for dietary restrictions. The charcuterie board was a delicious way to settle into our arrival and the presentation was beautiful. While the weather wasn’t the best for the holiday weekend, it was a really nice getaway for our staycation. Overall it was a peaceful and serene experience and I highly recommend!

Beatriz's place is a very charming, very old converted carriage house in a lovely part of Pennsylvania. Everything was as described. The back patio is a very pleasant place to sit and have a drink in the evening. The main house sharing the driveway is also an AirBnB but we never felt as though other people were on top of us or vice versa. As others have indicated, the stairs are very steep so it may not be a good place for anyone with mobility issues but was fine for us. We enjoyed it very much!

What a beautiful place! A very comfortable & well appointed home away from home. Feels brand new; bright; charming; a few blocks away from great restaurants and the riverwalk right out the front door! In a word… Excellent! Thanks for hosting us!

We spent Memorial Day weekend at Janice's home in New Hope. Unfortunately the weather was cold and rainy so we werent able to use the pool, however, we did very much enjoy the outdoor fireplace. Janice's home is perfectly located for anyone looking for a getaway in New Hope - the house is less than 5 minutes from Peddlers Village and about 10 minutes from New Hope and Lambertville. The house itself is nice with a well stocked kitchen, outdoor fireplace and swimming pool! The house is quite old therefore the house comes with quirks you would expect of an old stone home but the grounds were lovely & we hope to return at some point for a weekend when we are able to use the pool! Janice was a very communicative host & worked hard to make our stay as pleasant as possible, quickly responding to our questions and requests.

This is truly a fabulous city mansion. It was full-blown Christmas when we arrived and I thought I had walked into a fairytale. Beyond the tree and the pretty lights we were awed by the massive amount of original woodwork and the skillfully-placed art wherever we looked. Our rooms at the top of the house were equally captivating, providing everything we needed, and more, with the best linens, beautifully ironed. We were warmly welcomed by our gracious and considerate hosts and highly recommend a stay with them.

Wonderful girls getaway weekend. We biked to Frenchtown along the towpath (perfect scenic easy biking) Ubered to dinner in Lambertville, spent a lot of time drinking wine on the dock. It was fabulous. The hosts were very helpful and the house has everything you need and was impeccably clean. So charming. Great find. We want to come back!

Amazing location and beautiful apartment! Walkable to everything in the area, we didn’t need to move our car once the whole trip. Spotless inside and looks just like the photos. The building is historic and has windows that let in a lot of sound from the street, especially trucks in the morning. The nightstand is thoughtfully stocked with ear plugs for those who are really sensitive to sound. It’s not unbearable by any stretch, but worth mentioning. Overall not sure this could be avoided with historic buildings.

Thank you for hosting us! We are so glad you were able to make us a picnic basket.... worth every penny! The massages were great and the pillows were so nice I purchased them myself. Quaint and quiet place you have. We also very much enjoyed the cookies and breakfast you provided. Thanks for making our little anniversary getaway memorable :)
