It comes with a kitchen fully stocked but the condo is only a short drive away from many of the local's favorite restaurants like Freddy's Mexican Food, Simmzy's, or Pacific Hideaway. Our remodeled 1930s beach home has 2 downstairs bedrooms with a full bathroom, and 2 upstairs bedrooms with a full bathroom. Both bathrooms are shared. (No en suites ). Mobility/access: guests will need to use several steps to reach the entrance. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. This may impact the ground floor view. See pics.
