Wirklich eine super Unterkunft! Sehr schön und privat gelegen. Das Highlight ist natürlich der Hot Pot in dem man wunderbar entspannen kann. Absolut empfehlenswert 👍🏼

This house was perfect. The hostesses met us when we arrived, gave us instructions on things they wanted us to make sure we knew (for safety and such due to the temperatures), and spent around 2 hours giving us a tour and history of the house. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed and they were so thoughtful with all of their recommendations for activities with our children. We 100% recommend this house to others and we will be coming back in the future!

Burma’s beautiful home is ideal for anyone who wants two bathrooms (hard to find in Iceland) and plenty of space. It’s in a quaint small town very close to the Golden Circle and not far from Selfoss, which has more substantial amenities. Easy drive to Gullfoss and Geysir, and a small grocery is within walking distance of the house. The views from the sunroom are beautiful. The kitchen is modern, functional, and spacious. The outdoor area, including the hot tub, is wonderful in the evening. The nearby restaurants, including those in Reykholt, are wonderful! We highly recommend this place for people who want extra space and don’t want to stay in the busy capital city. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great location and very responsive host. We stayed at this apartment for 4 nights and was a good home base for all our activities. Relatively close to a couple of the official pick-up spots for tours.

We really enjoyed Asa's place. It was very clean and had everything you would need: dishes, utensils, a book with detailed instructions on every major appliance in the house. Asa responded quickly to our queries and was very nice over messages, we did not see each other face to face. We would love to be back some day 🙂

Wir, eine Gruppe von 7 Personen, durften eine ganze Woche das Club House und das umliegende Anwesen des Hvammsvik Spa genießen. Das Club House ist eines von 5 Häusern und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten und vieles mehr! Die Lage ist unbeschreiblich, es ist einfach ein Traum! Alles war richtig sauber, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bei jedem Wetter urgemütlich. Die Schlafzimmer waren allesamt mit sehr guten Betten, Kissen und Bademänteln ausgestattet. Die Bäder sehr sauber und mit allem Zubehör bestückt (Handtücher, Toilettenpapier, Body wash, Shampoo etc.) Am Morgen ist der Blick aus dem Fenster einfach wunderbar und am Abend tanzen die Nordlichter am Himmel! Noch nie haben wir so tolle Nordlichter gesehen. Das Hvammsvik Spa ist unweit vom Haus entfernt und es ist ein Juwel. Mein Mann und ich waren zum 19. mal in Island, lieben dieses wunderschöne Land und haben stets tolle Unterkünfte bewohnt… aber dieser Ort, dieses Club House ist etwas ganz besonderes. 💙❤️

A beautiful, peaceful setting, with stunning views. Kathrin and her husband let us know when the northern lights appeared one evening and helped us with the settings on our i-phone so we could take the best pictures. Very appreciative or their help. We highly recommend their quiet cottage.

We had an awesome stay. The home was beautiful and comfortable. It was a great location within walking distance to all things Reykjavik including restaurants, sights and bus stops ( great for tour pick up). Highly recommend!

The apartment was a perfect base for a week of exploring the West of Iceland. It is located on a beautiful peninsula which was peaceful to walk around in the evenings, whilst being close enough to the centre of Reykjavik to be able to easily explore. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable. Thura was a very responsive host, replying quickly to any messages. We would definitely recommend the apartment to others.

Ein schönes Haus, wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten und die Aussicht ist großartig! Die Kinder haben vor allem die Hunde geliebt und jeden Tag mit ihnen gespielt. Unsere Gastgeber waren immer gut und schnell erreichbar, wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten. Wir kommen gern wieder!

The house on the lake was absolutely stunning! All of the furnishings and bedding were comfortable and the common areas were perfect for our group of 7 to hang out, play games, and just chat. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals. The VIEWS and setting are just unbeatable. Every bedroom has a view of the beautiful lake. We very much enjoyed our time at the house.

Wir haben die Unterkunft für unsere Montage gebucht. Buchung ging wie immer einfach und unkompliziert. Hervorragende, saubere Unterkunft wie auf den Bildern. Wir waren wieder sehr zufrieden und würden das Airbnb jederzeit wieder buchen! 5 von 5 Sternen!

This place is such a gem! Easy to find, parking outside, spotless and incredible views. The hot tub and pool table are what sold it for us and they did not disappoint. Will definitely consider rebooking if we ever return to Reykjavík. Thanks!

Our stay at the home was wonderful. All amenities are available and, most importantly, the seasonings are way more than we thought, that was really helpful! And the host is super helpful, love this place. ☺️

Katla's house is spacious, bright, clean and tidy. It is very close to the city center (10 minutes by car), which is very convenient for shopping and eating. There is a gray cat in the house, which is very cute. After 9 days of getting along, we have become good friends and are super happy! I recommend this house!

Amazing spot in a perfect location. Easily walkable to any sights in Reykjavik. Very cozy home with everything you'd need for a great stay. And awesome hosts! I'd highly recommend and look forward to returning.

This Airbnb was absolutely magical! Truly a home away from home, it exceeded all expectations. From the incredible amenities like the hot tub, cold plunge, sauna, and game room to the thoughtful touches that made it truly unique, this place had everything we could have asked for—and more. There was so much space for all of our guests to feel comfortable and at ease. The aesthetic was stunning, with every detail thoughtfully curated to create a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere. One of our favorite features was the gold monkey statue we named George, which became a delightful mascot for our stay. The iPad-controlled lights added a fun and modern touch, allowing us to customize the ambiance perfectly for any moment. The hosts clearly put a lot of care into making this property a true haven for travelers. We loved every second of our stay and would come back in a heartbeat. If you’re looking for a perfect getaway in Iceland, look no further—this place is an absolute gem!
