We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hector’s listing! He was proactive with the check in procedure and everything was exactly as listed and needed. Would definitely stay again.

Easy check in. Close to Publix and about 20 minutes to the beach. Cute home. Only negative we had was there was only one shower, but that was my fault for not inspecting photos (There are two bathrooms one just has a tub) our group figured it out and made it work. It is definitely a great home for families with little ones.

The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We had a great trip and would definitely stay again!

This was the perfect location for us. We wanted to be close to Yankees spring training and we were about 10 minutes from the stadium. Lots of stores and restaurants near by. Nice quiet neighborhood. Furnishings are very comfortable and beds were great. Rosangela was very responsive. We had a problem with the washing machine and she took care of it right away, working around our schedule. Highly recommend her place.

I stayed 10 days and Kelly and Jon’s place. From the moment I first contacted them, they always responded to questions and were very helpful. I also appreciated being able to drop my luggage off until the place was ready for me. The home is exactly like the photos and is so well fitted out for longer stays. It was great to have a washer and dryer. The area is quiet, safe and within walking distance to grocers and restaurants. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place in Tampa.

This apartment is great for 1-2 people. Anna is a great host and very accommodating!

Enjoyed the convenience to the convention center, nearby shops, restaurants and grocery stores; the place was perfect for our stay and would recommend it for future guests! Monica was a great host and we appreciated all the small touches like, waters, coffee, snacks and beach equipment!

John was fantastic! So friendly and helpful! The apartment was very cozy and comfortable! He had the a/c going when I arrived which I really appreciated! Super quiet neighborhood and easy to access. Would definitely stay again when I’m in town visiting my daughter and granddaughter!

Norma’s place was perfect for us. Close to airport which is what we were looking for. The place is cozy, clean and has everything that the listing showed. We were a bit confused about how to get to the apt but someone was there to help us out. We would definitely stay with Norma again.

We really enjoyed staying at Nathan's place! Nathan was very responsive to any questions we had and provided some local restaurant recommendations for us. The bed was very comfortable, the house was clean, and we had everything we needed in a neat little package. We were only there a couple nights but the house was the crash pad we needed. Exceeded expectations!

Great location for anything going on at Raymond James- safe quiet neighborhood. The place was clean and cold, slept wonderfully at night.

Chris communicated from the time I booked until the very end. He also accomodated an early check in, very much appreciated!!! The condo had everything we needed to be comfortable.

This was my second time staying with Schaff Properties, and I truly love the hotel it’s located in. It’s just a few minutes from the airport, with a gated check-in that adds a sense of security. The unit overlooks a pool, gym, and the bay, and there’s even a little restaurant. My favorite part is enjoying my mornings people-watching and spotting dolphins in the bay, such a peaceful way to start the day. The host is consistently friendly and responsive, even during late hours, which I really appreciate. My only real complaint is the additional $10 per day charge for a third guest. It was just me, my partner, and a child, so that felt a bit unnecessary. Also, the price has gone up by about $400 since my last visit in 2021, and unfortunately, a few amenities (like the pier and lounge area) were damaged by a recent hurricane and are no longer available. Still, it’s a solid Airbnb overall and that balcony view gets me every time.

Very cozy place, even though in person it was smaller than what the photos showed. But I will most definitely book here again. location was perfect for our stay. thank you so much for an inviting home. See you guys again in the near future.

We had such a wonderful stay!!! We loved that it was located right on Tampa Bay. Beautiful views and sunsets. We also loved the pool, pool bar & grill. It was so FUN! The condo was immaculate and so nicely decorated - everything looked brand new! The bed was very comfortable. The condo had everything we needed and so much more! It was a little small, but it was perfect for my husband and me. Once in a while we heard kids running outside the condo at night, but it was minor. We didn’t go to the beach or use the grills, but many guests appeared to enjoy them. Nikki was great - she was incredibly caring and responsive. We would definitely stay there again. Scott was exceptionally accommodating during our stay! My daughter and I enjoyed touring the University of Tampa, and Scott, whose son also attended the University, shared invaluable insights and suggestions. The pristine and peaceful Airbnb offered breathtaking sunsets from the private balcony! We are already looking forward to our next visit. Great spot. The balcony is great for in the morning having coffee. The pool was very nice with lots of seats and the restaurant there had great frozen drinks and food. The sunset at the pool is pretty awesome. We definitely would return to this air bnb!! location was right between the beach and downtown.

We had a wonderful stay in these amazing apartments! Everything was very clean, cozy, and comfortable — a perfect place to relax. The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary dishes, utensils, and supplies. The area also features a nice swimming pool and a small café, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this lovely place to anyone looking for a great getaway!
