Great stay and Nichole was a great host!

My family and I enjoyed our stay . Close to everything we wanted to do, felt very safe and I definitely recommend!

The house was festive. There is a lot of shade around the house. There are plants on the porch and outdoors that are well tended to. The house was in a nice neighborhood, so we walked a bit. There is a park with a beach not far away. We felt secure inside and out. The back yard was secure for our dog to run about a bit. All the amenities are as listed.

I am a local and needed somewhere to stay for a couple days. Marissa's house was perfect. My son loved the game room out back. I would definetly stay again.

The modern and spacious interiors were a delight. Patrick, our host, was incredibly responsive and helpful, always promptly responding to my messages. If you’re seeking a comfortable and affordable alternative to overpriced hotels near downtown Tampa, we highly recommend this place. It’s conveniently located just a 15-20 minute drive from all the major attractions in the city. The location is simply unparalleled! Everything about this home was Grade A! The pictures are spot on and the Hosts are friendly! My 3;children were so happy, and there was something to do for everyone The projector and pool area were my favorite. We will definitely book again.

He’s very quick and responding to issues that we had which were only a couple. The place was beautiful great area easy to get to right off the interstate. We was 5 miles from where we wanted to be visiting relation. We got to do a lot. I highly recommend this to anyone as fantastic. Nice Location can’t say enough thank you very much. It was great.

Ari was an excellent Airbnb host. Very prompt with all our requests. The house was as described, very comfortable and clean. An extra large pool was a welcome item for everyone when we returned from our excursions every day. I highly recommend this property!

Mark was absolutely amazing! From the very beginning to the very end, the communication was rapid and easy. The home was absolutely perfect and will definitely use this place again in the future if it’s available! Also, if you are considering using the whirlpool, it’s definitely worth it! And YES! The shower is as good as it looks! Grab this place if it’s available! The neighborhood is safe, the house is updated, and it’s very conveniently located near the grocery stores 🙌

The small studio was great for my needs. Location was ok, its near the interstate so quick to reach and the neighbourhood is quiet. Only downside is that there is not much around, so need to always use the car for groceries or any place to eat. I was not familiar with St Pete area before, so I was under (the false) impression you could walk to downtown, but its a tad far. However if you drive, everything can be reached in few minutes. The place was super clean and had anything I needed for my short stay. Bed and pillows were confortable. Wifi and AC were great. The kitchen was well equipped for small meals and making hot drinks. The only thing I found missing is some place to dry beach towels or wet swimwear. A small laundry rack or laundry line outside would have been great to have. Overall I had a great stay here! I didnt try the pool but looked great!

The most unique air bnb stay we have experienced. We loved the outdoor setting and how colorful it was. Very fun for our bachelorette group to celebrate. The hosts were very communicative and attentive to our questions/needs. What some people do not understand about some air bnbs is that not everything is going to be perfect and that is perfect enough for us :) So for the few negative reviews on here.. seems like people are just complaining so they can try to get money back for no reason. If you don’t want to spend the money, go find a dirty cabin to stay in for cheap 👍🏻 ☺️. This was such an adventurous spot and we loved it. Especially after learning the history of the area, it made it even cooler. Thank you to our hosts!!! -Rachel

A few things really stood out to us in the best way possible! The host went above and beyond with thoughtful touches we didn’t expect—like complimentary drinks, a fully stocked bar with the essentials, and even mini cupcakes! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which made our stay even more relaxing. The binder of recommendations was super helpful—it included great local spots to eat, nearby attractions, and things to do in Clearwater, Tampa, and St. Pete. We also appreciated the clear instructions on how to use the pool and hot tub heating system. Overall, it was a fantastic stay! P.s. you might find a hidden secret treasure too! I did 🏴‍☠️

The home is comfortable and just perfect for our family of four. The pool table inside provided lots of fun and the outdoor space was gorgeous. The pool was warm and clean and we had a great time grilling. We were able to look at the stars one evening while sitting by the fire at the fire pit all in the backyard! We would definitely book again.

Eduardo’s place truly felt like home. It was very clean, cozy, and welcoming, with comfortable beds and recliners in the living room where our family could relax. The house had two kitchens — one inside and one outside — plus a beautiful back patio for unwinding. The washer and dryer were conveniently located outside in a separate unit, just as it should be. The location was excellent — only 8 minutes from Adventure Island and 5 minutes from great restaurants and common areas. The peaceful neighborhood made it even better, with nice sitting areas in both the front and back of the home. Inside, the kitchen featured a great bar setup, and the bathroom was clean and well-kept. Eduardo was extremely responsive throughout our stay, making everything easy and smooth. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay, and we definitely plan to return. Highly recommend!

Great location for anything going on at Raymond James- safe quiet neighborhood. The place was clean and cold, slept wonderfully at night.

Beautiful and quiet haven in Safety Harbor Florida. John and Ellen were gracious hosts. They provided a welcoming space with beverages and snacks. John was very responsive with queries. House is in a safe, walkable neighborhood just a couple blocks away from restaurants and shops. Great place to relax after watching Spring Training games at Clearwater and Tampa. Go Phillies! Thank you, John and Ellen, for making our family vacation so enjoyable!

Our stay was wonderful! The place was just as described. It was very private and very quiet. Our host Gina was very responsive to all communications and she was proactive with reaching out to me on the day of check in, she was very welcoming and was willing to go above and beyond for us.

The space was perfect! The location was central to all the areas we wanted to visit. The host gave very clear instructions on where to park and how to access the unit. Inside, everything was really clean and comfortable! We would definitely recommend this space!
