We stayed at the house while going to Coachella and had a great time! the house had everything we needed, communications were great and the host was very responsive and flexible with check in and check out time, and the self service options were very helpful. also located close to the convention center which is walking distance and made the shuttle rides very convenient. The house is very spacious as well as the outdoor area and very comfortably fits 10 ppl.

We couldn't have asked for a better place, the location was very private and the house was really clean, and super cute. I feel like the pictures don't do justice to how bright, and homey the house is. Maybe it's because my favourite colour is green and it was everywhere. I initially made the mistake of only booking for 1 person instead of 4, when I reached out to Ryan he responded within minutes letting me know there was no need to cancel; the reservation, because he would make the changes for me. Every time I communicated with him he was extremely responsive and explained things thoroughly, I never felt like he was annoyed of my questions. He also doesn't have ridiculous rules like "make all the beds, wash all the clothes" I'm on vacation and the last thing I want to do is clean like I'm a home. He has reasonable request like taking out the trash, and putting the dishes on the dishwasher. (if you can't do this, I don't know what to tell you ;) Great experience all around

We had an amazing stay at an Airbnb house in Palm Springs with our family. The house was beautiful, modern, and had all the amenities we needed. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the mountain views were stunning. The location was ideal, close to attractions like Joshua Tree National Park and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. Mark was attentive and provided great local recommendations. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and we highly recommend this Airbnb!

Our host was very helpful every step of the way! He communicated daily to see if we need anything and even sent the pool company to help us when the pool heat wasn’t working. The house is the perfect set up for our family. Everyone had privacy and yet we had beautiful spaces to gather. We loved the proximity to the park, restaurants & shopping and couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you Shane for making our family vacation so memorable!!

We had an amazing stay at Suzette's! Very spacious, very clean and well-decorated home. Absolutely loved the large PB&J painting on the wall.

Our stay at Gabriel’s was amazing. We loved the pool and jacuzzi. Everything looked like it did in the pictures and the description. The house guide provided by Gabriel came to be very useful. We also loved being able to pick the oranges from the tree in the backyard - they were very sweet. This place definitely has our recommendation.

Had an amazing time with a group of friends recently at Victoria’s place. The place was as described and pictured which we very much appreciated. We also noticed there were several thoughtful touches throughout: extra linens and towels, outdoor blankets, hand lotions and lots of mirrors. The outdoor space felt very large and was smartly laid out so we could maximize sun or shade throughout the day depending on what we wanted. As for the neighbourhood: it was purely residential and very quiet. The Tower Market was walkable although really just a convenience store and good for snacks; anything else was a short uber ride away. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend.

This is our 3rd time staying at Keith’s place. We love it! It’s centrally located to many attractions, but the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The home is well maintained and completely stocked with everything you need for a week. Tim is responsive and helpful with suggestions of things to do and keeping the home in immaculate condition. My family and I had an amazing stay at Brandi’s Airbnb! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as listed. We especially loved the pool and spa - such a relaxing treat. Brandi clearly put a lot of thought into the space, with so many thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and would absolutely stay here again!

We loved the Burton Bliss Solar Powered Desert Home in Sunrise Park. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood, not too far from down town Palm Springs. The house itself was perfect for us. We lucked out with the brand new pool and jacuzzi. The house is lovely furnished and in beautiful mid century style. We would love to rent it again in the future.

Super stylish, very Palm Springs mid century modern! loved the interior design and the landscaped garden and pool. the Cabana was very cool and we really enjoyed the hot tub. Only comment we would make is that the house is under the airport flight path and is noisy during the day. Even with that observation, we look forward to staying here again.

Great house that met the needs of my group of friends! Christopher was extremely responsive, very helpful and had very clear instructions. The home was very easy to find, close to downtown palm springs and easy to get in and out of. Everything was beautiful and clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed!

We had a car and it was a great location for our ‘home base’, but may be a bit difficult if you don’t have transportation. Plenty of restaurants/groceries nearby. It was nice to be able to park in the garage. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the hot tub/pool due to the high winds and blowing debris. We didn’t cook while we were there but the coffee maker(s) worked great. Plenty of space for us. We would stay again. (Note: it appeared they were in the middle of a few minor repairs while we were there …but nothing that impacted us).

We were in town for a girls trip and absolutely loved staying here. The house is in the perfect location; convenient to downtown yet just far enough away from the hustle and bustle that this place was a quiet oasis. The beds are extremely comfortable and we loved that each room had its own bathroom attached. Tony, the property manager, was INCREDIBLE. So helpful, kind, and responsive. He knew we were getting into town earlier in the day and made it possible for us to check in early, which was so appreciated. 10/10 would recommend Lone Palm House and already trying to figure out when I can come back with my family.

Perfect and beautiful place for the quick getaway needed, indoors and outdoors. Doggos loved it too, even the cute grass park only down the block. Responsive host as well.

My friends and I stayed at this place for Coachella weekend. It has excellent amenities (kitchen supplies, enough towels for everyone). They also provide parking inside the garage in case you feel sketched out leaving your car in the street during the night. It is spacious and centrally located in PS. The backyard felt like a little oasis. It was on the pricier end, but it was Coachella weekend, so they took advantage of the high demand for the space. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting PS over the weekend.

Sebastien's place was wonderful! It was clean, spacious, and comfortable! the outdoor space with the pool and hot tub were also so lovely. It was also a quiet and peaceful area, but conveniently located in Palm Springs. We hope to return soon!

I've stayed at this house many times, and it's exquisite. It's a sublime relic from the old glory days of Palm Springs, with beautiful decor and a theater. The managers are always a text away if you need anything. The kitchen and some of the bathrooms have been renovated, so it definitely has modern touches. The Ruth Hardy park is across the street which is awesome for kids. It's my favorite place in Palm Springs, I give it as many stars as are in the sky. Lisa M

We’ve stayed at a few other houses in Palm Springs through AIRBNB and this was by far our favorite. It was exactly as described: great layout, super clean, full of amenities, lovely pool and hot tub, and came complete with responsive and helpful hosts. We’ve had pretty mixed experiences before this house, including hosts who “forgot” to mention their house was under the flight path of the airport, broken jacuzzis, and even hot water issues… but this experience was all positive. We hope to return!
