Welcome to your own little Hobbiton, the self - catering holiday apartment which is attached to and below the main bungalow. The accommodation is central for most tourist attractions and beaches. The apartment contains a double bedroom, a WC/ bath/ shower room, the lounge/ kitchen/ dining room is open plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge and microwave. Secure parking for one vehicle is available. Sorry, smoking/ pets are not allowed . The apartment is unsuitable for children.

This stunning one bedroom property sleeps 2 adults and one young child (11 years and under) and has it's beautiful own hot tub and log burner. It's surrounded by countryside and is the perfect place to unwind for both a romantic retreat or a break with a little one. Its only 10 minutes to the nearest beach and there's a host of other beaches not far away. There are plenty of paths for walks or cycling along the mineral tramways and local landmark Carn Brea which are accessible from the property.

Its private, set within our garden overlooking Carn Brea Castle and The Great Flat Lode with views towards St Ives Bay, the North Cliffs and to the right is St Agnes Beacon. Explore the coastal paths, spectacular nature and Lighthouse at Godrevy or simply dine al fresco on the decking . "Lowena" has a king sized bed, and a well equipped kitchen including a 2 ring electric hob, microwave, and a fridge . A Tranquil getaway with all the home comforts .
