Come stay in our charming, stylish, & relaxing studio! Guests will have access to a queen size bed & 50" smart TV. The apartment is located 15 mins driving distance to/from key areas: SD airport & the GasLamp district, and only 20 mins away from Sea World, and the beaches! The studio has a new AC for guest's pleasure! We do not accept smoking, pets, or parties! Check out is at 11 am. Non-approved late checkouts will incur a $50 penalty fee.

Recently renovated, it feels fresh and modern. The freeway is easily accessible, and downtown is about 15 minutes away. Occasionally, landscaping projects are underway, but we plan around guests or notify you in advance.
