Welcome to Black Bear Cabin (Townhome), your mountain getaway. Our 3 bdrm, 3 full bath home with loft is surrounded by scenic forest views, peak lake view and features 2 HOA pools. Centrally located in IV, our home is 1 mile to Lake Tahoe, 3 miles to Sand Harbor Beach and close to Kings Beach. In winter, ski at Diamond Peak, just 1 mile away, Mt Rose is 3 miles away. Video & Audio Ring camera used at front exterior door. Incline Beaches are NOT available to guests. Permit: WSTR22-0133

Small condo at base of Tahoe Donner ski hill. Its really ideal for 2 people. However, there is a couch that folds down can becomes a bed (suitable for someone under 5.8). Deck overlooks the ski hill and has a killer view. There is a full size fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven and induction hot plate. Full bathroom. The unit has a table / work station. There are two chars and there are two black side tables that can act as extra seats so 4 people can sit at the table.
